考完试的第三天，我和妈妈准备去加拿大温哥华、美国旅行。这次我们的旅行时间是整个暑假，在旅行之前，妈妈让我做了详细的攻略，我已经对温哥华有了大致的了解，对于这次跨国旅行，我拭目以待。
7月8日晚上7：20的飞机，老妈竟然提前了6个小时到机场，我也是醉了，问老妈为何要提前这么早，老妈说，曾经有一次到火车站坐火车，赶到车站火车已经开走了，所以再也不敢迟到，坐飞机本来就要提前3小时到，我们没什么事情要做就提前一点，不然赶不到飞机麻烦就大了。好吧，就听老妈的吧，谁叫她吃过迟到的亏呢。在机场我们吃完午饭就泡在了机场书店，我把书店所有的《我的世界》全部看完，平时妈妈都不让我看，这次终于满足了我。
飞机准点起飞，经过了近12个小时的飞行我们在当地时间下午3点多到达温哥华机场，来接我们的是Evr阿姨，我们就是住在他们家，阿姨接到我们坐上她的车，等我们都系好安全带了才发动汽车。从机场出来一路上景色优美，空气清新，的感觉就是宽敞，没有高楼，一眼就能望到很远的地方，阿姨在一个没有红灯的路口停下来看到没有车才通过，问阿姨为什么要完全停下来，阿姨说是小道，要完全停下让大道的车辆通过，才可以行驶，只要路口有停的牌子就要完全停下来，我在心里暗暗的想：加拿大人的交通意识好强啊!
没过多久，阿姨的车就停在一栋白色的房子前，阿姨坐在车里，拿着摇控器对着白色的房子一按，房子的门就缓缓的打开了，我吓了一跳，原来这是一个大车库，这个情形我只在x里见过。停好车，我们从车库出来，车库和房子之间是一个大大的花园，这是她们家的后花园，花园四周种了很多疏菜和水果，有黄瓜，豆角，青辣椒、红辣椒、黄辣椒，西红柿，草莓……中间还有一棵茂盛的樱桃树，阿姨说，早半个月来我还可以吃到樱桃呢。阿姨的花园真是一个聚宝盆啊!
穿过花园，上一个大约一米的小台阶，我们就到住的房子里了。这是一栋两层半的别墅，走进去，左边是一个开放式厨房，大大的冰箱，大大的烤炉，各种厨具看得我眼花缭乱。一看这个厨房就知道我在这应该有好吃的了。右边是一个小客厅，阿姨说这是她活动最多的地方。再往前走，里面还有一个更大的餐厅和客厅。我们从大客厅旁边的楼梯上了二楼，二楼有四个房间，每个房间都有独立的洗手间，阿姨带着我走进其中一间房间，我的眼前一亮，一张白色的豪华大床上铺着崭新的被单，哇，好想睡觉了!我们参观了不到半个小时，阿姨就做好饭了吃完饭，我们就睡觉了，我来加拿大的第一天就这样结束了。

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼这个暑假就要过去了，新的学期即将开始。这个暑假我过的平凡而不乏精彩，平淡而不缺快乐。
今天，我吃完晚饭便和爸爸拿着羽毛拍下去对战了。第一球，我把球抛到半空中，瞄准目标，用力发了一球，爸爸躲闪不及，被打了个正着。第二球由爸爸发球，爸爸一下子就打了一个平高球，我不知所措，一个劲儿地向后退，结果还是没有接到。到了第三球，我先发制人，马上发了一个短球，让爸爸跑上前接住，爸爸当机立断，也发了一个短球，我抓住时机发了一个高远球，爸爸察觉到我的意图时已为时已晚，只有捡球的份啦。
接下来的几回合里，我想故技重施，可总是被爸爸识破，把我吊了回去，现在该爸爸发球了，爸爸轻轻跃起，来了一个漂亮的扣***，我当然不甘示弱，发了一个高抛球，把球硬生生地顶了回去，球如同一颗绚烂的流星一样向爸爸坠去，爸爸没想到我会这样做，一时间措手不及，才打了一个短球，我轻松地回击，爸爸似乎已胸有成竹，一下子发了个平高球，我跑到后面接住了，爸爸再发一个短球，我只能再往前跑，这样循环几次，我已筋疲力尽，爸爸再发个高抛球，我就无力在打回去了。
接下来该我发球，我想：如果我发高抛球，爸爸一定会接住的，那我发平快球，爸爸一定不会想到的，爸爸一定会往前跑的，我就能制住他了。于是我就发了一个平快球，爸爸果然中计，他以为我还会一如既往地打高远球，所以爸爸接好球后迅速跑回后面，可我却出人意料地打了一个短球。这令他猝不及防，愣了一下才上前接球，可惜太晚了球早已落地。
爸爸开始反击了，他先用一个高抛球吊我，我接住后迅速向前跑，爸爸就再发一个高抛球，又把我吊了回去，我只得再往后跑，可爸爸又发了一个短球，我只能再往前跑，我暗想：爸爸分明是在消耗我的体力，不行，我要化主动为被动。想到这里，我就发了一个平快球，爸爸也只能跑到了网前，这样我就是主动的一方了。我再发个短球，哈哈，爸爸只能追着球跑了。十几回合过去了，爸爸的体力也消耗的差不多了，我再发一个扣***，爸爸就没有了还手之力。此时的我早已满头大汗了，抬头看看天空，早已夕阳西下了，我们就只能回家了。
时间如梭，一眨眼，暑假过去了。两个月里有多少辛酸，苦辣和喜悦，成功。都入过眼云烟，消失在记忆的最深处。

我敬佩的.人是我的妈妈。她是一位英语老师。她很受学生的欢迎，因为她花了很多时间在功课上，而且很幽默。学生都很喜欢她的课。
My mum is not only a good teacher, but also a great mother. She is patient with me and always smiling while talking. My mum teaches me how to think independently and helps me to build up my confidence. When I have some difficulties in my studies, it is my mum who encourages me to work until I solve the problem. When I’m feeling sad or bad, it is also my mum who looks after me with care.
我的妈妈不仅是一位好老师，也是一位伟大的母亲。她对我很有耐心，说话时总是面带微笑。我妈妈教我如何独立思考，帮助我建立我的信心。当我在学习上有困难的，这是我妈妈鼓励我直到我解决问题。当我感到悲伤或糟糕的，也是妈妈照顾我。
I remember when I caught a fever at midnight last year, my mum took me to the hospital as fast as she could. When we got home after my injection, it was about 5 o’clock in the early morning. My mum only slept 2 hours because she had to wake up at 7 o’clock to prepare breakfast for me, and then she went to work. She must be very tired that day.

She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.
