12月7日—18日(后延期至19日，《联合国气候变化框架公约》缔约方第15次会议在丹麦首都哥本哈根召开。大会集中商讨了《京都议定书》(《京都议定书》是1997年12月在日本京都由《联合国气候变化框架公约》参加国三次会议制定的。其目标是“将大气中的温室气体含量稳定在一个适当的水平，进而防止剧烈的气候改变，特别是气候变暖对人类造成伤害”。根据会议共识，导致世界气候不断上升的原因主要是因为发达国家单纯追求工业革命及经济利益而大量排放了温室气体，因此，该协议规定，发达国家除了强制履行减排任务，向发展中国家提供资金、技术转让和能力建设支持外，还要承诺从20xx年开始承担减少碳排放量的义务，防止气候继续变暖。一期承诺到期后的后续方案，就未来应对气候变化的全球行动签署新的协议。
在经过13天马拉松式的艰难谈判后，来自192个国家的代表最终达成《哥本哈根协议》。虽然该协议并不具有法律约束力，但维护了《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》确立的“共同但有区别的责任”原则，就发达国家实行强制减排和发展中国家采取自主减缓行动作出了安排，并就全球长期目标、资金和技术支持、透明度等焦点问题达成广泛共识。这场被称为自二战结束后人类社会最重要的一次国际会议以及“拯救人类的最后一次机会”的会议将对全球的气候变化和环境保护产生深远的影响。

今天，老师给我们布置了一项特殊的作业，回家观看湖南卫视18点开始的《新闻大求真》节目，到家后我迅速地完成作业，老早的就坐在电视机前锁定了湖南卫视频道。
我被里面寓教于乐的安全教育节目深深的吸引住了，同时也有很多的感触。安全也成为社会普遍关注的一个问题，由于交通知识贫乏，安全意识不强，据世界卫生组织统计，每年约有18万以上的15岁以下儿童死于道路交通事故，我国每年超过1.85万名14岁以下的儿童死于交通安全事故，交通事故已经成为儿童死亡的第一死因，给家庭和个人造成无法愈合的创伤。
本期节目求真记者来到一所小学进行调查，正好赶上放学时间，很多家长开车来接孩子，求真记者发现他们几乎都没有让孩子采取任何保护措施，从对家长的调查结果看，儿童乘车有这么几种方式：没有任何保护的坐车、由父母抱在怀里、系成人用的安全带，这几种乘车方式安全吗?接下来的实验证明，不管哪种方式在紧急刹车和发生交通事故时，都会给儿童带来严重的伤害。我国在2011年底，要求汽车必须装备统一的儿童安全坐椅，12岁以下的儿童乘车都应该正解使用儿童安全坐椅。看到这里，我想到了自己，每天上学放学都是由妈妈开车接送，却从未使用过儿童安全坐椅，也没有采取任何的保护措施，而且我还发现，学校门口开车接送孩子的家长，也很少有给孩子安装儿童安全坐椅的，为了孩子的安全，各位家长千万不要存有侥幸心理。
小学生是含苞待放的花蕾，是祖国未来的接班人，更是父母的希望，如果成为马路的牺牲者，一个家庭将如何持续。如何避免交通事故，关键在于自己，因此，让我们高呼：交通安全，从我做起!

节目一开始，讲述了一些新闻事件，即以前发生过的许多踩踏的事件。之后让一个学校的同学们做了两个小测试，让我们知道了在突发事件状态况下的应急处理方法。接着，节目组又例举了一个小学生的例子，列举了包括日常生活中，对于我们中小学生突发的情况处理，并让专家对解救方法做了介绍。
看了这个节目，我也感触很深。是啊!在生活中，我们每一个人都会或多或少的遇到一些偶然的突发的安全事故，如溺水、触电、交通事故……随着年龄长大，接触的东西会越来越多，我们也正需要这些知识，学习一些急救方法，来维护我们的“安全之花”。
此外，在一些公共场合中发生的踩踏的事件，也要尽量避免。像“12.31”上海新年踩踏的事件，如果发生这样的事情，不幸摔倒，我们不要慌乱，应当侧卧着，倦着身子，使胸膛不受到挤压，这就是生存的技巧。
安全演习也是十分重要的演练。我们学校就曾经做过类似的演习，我的印象也很深。一个下午，学校周围忽然响起了警鸣声，同学们马上按照老师的要求低下身子，用毛巾捂住自己的口鼻，匍匐着依次下楼，并到操场集合。这次演练全体同学共用了五分钟就达到预期的要求，是十分不错的一个成绩了。
我们应该在今后的日子里重视“安全”一词，让安全之花永驻人间!

The two pictures look so similar at one glance, but they are totally different. In the first picture, a peasant boy, carrying a heavy bundle of rice straw is out of breath under the great pressure. His hope is to have a school to attend. In the second picture, a student is on his way home from school, a heavy bag of books on his back. What he wishes is that he didn’t have to go to school any more. How can the two boys at the same age have such different ideas about attending school?
The two pictures show some problems in the present education system in China. In the poor countryside, especially in some western parts of China, the education is also poor. There are no buildings for classrooms, let alone good teachers. Children there cannot have regular education. They are sometimes forced to leave their studies because their families cannot afford the necessary fees. However, the situation is totally different in the cities. Almost all the children in the cities can have regular education. They can enjoy the bright classrooms and adequate facilities. But they have their own problems. What they face is the endless homework, which puts so much pressure on them that some students don’t want to continue their studies.
Given the problems above, our government has taken some measures. “The Hope Project” has been in operation to ensure that children in the poor areas can achieve education.
