于娟，曾获挪威奥斯陆大学经济学硕士，复旦大学经济学博士，生前在复旦大学执教，正当她学业有成，羽翼丰满，刚要振翅高飞的时候，却被无情的病魔夺去了年轻的生命，不能不让人扼腕叹息！
书中大量的文稿是于娟在身患重病的时候，坚持在她的博客里写的，所以被称作是于娟的生命日记。文中真实而详细地记录了她与病魔抗争的心路历程，让我们感受到了她的乐观、她的坚强、她对生命的珍视、对亲人深深的爱，虽然走在生与死的边缘，正如她自己说的那样，就象是黑夜里在走钢丝，稍有不慎就会坠入无边的深渊，但她却还在想着如何能够帮助更多的人，她的无畏施，她对自己患病原因的分析，以及她的博文都是为了帮助别人，警醒世人，她希望可以对他人有益，哪怕有一个人受益也是好的。文中我们感受到了她非同寻常的苦痛，但更多的是感受到了她孱弱的躯体里无比强大的内心世界，令人震憾，感人至深，发人深思！
在生命弥留之际，她的人生感悟值得我们深思。“在生不如死九死一生死里逃生死死生生之后，我突然觉得，一生轻松。不想去控制大局小局，不想去管闲事淡事，我不再有对手，不再有敌人，我也不再关心谁比谁强，课题也好，任务也罢，暂且放着。世间的一切，隔岸看花、云淡风轻。”

相对于书中前半部分的苦痛和沉重，后半部分要轻松得多了，让我们认识了一个活泼、快乐、聪慧、幸福的于娟，她谈到了她的童年、她的故乡、她的爱人、她的朋友，字里行间流露着浓浓的乡情、亲情、友情。然而时光瞬失，曾经激情燃烧的岁月已成美好的过往。童年时的瓜皮仗、朋友的婚恋故事、于娟对陈世美与秦香莲故事的新观点新看法，这些章节都给我留下了深刻的印象。
一本值得一读的好书！这是于娟在生命弥留之际留给我们的一笔宝贵的精神财富！
这本书带给我这样几点启示：
一是我们要把名利看得淡些再淡些，不必为了所谓的名利而耗费心血，这些不过是过眼烟云。
二是要多抽出一些时间陪陪父母和孩子，不要因为忙于工作或是别的事而忽略了自己最亲的人。
三是一定要珍惜生命，无论何种原因都不要轻易放弃。
四是有病一定要早诊治，切莫贻误治病的最佳时机。书中说，于娟的病一查出就已是癌症晚期，并已造成骨转移，实在让人心痛，书中并未谈到于娟之前有何症状，不过我想，在她得病初期，应该会有一些不适的反应，可能她并未在意。
