昔日四邑有个不成节的习俗,叫做“春分吃春菜”。“春菜”是一种野苋菜,乡人称之为“春碧蒿”。逢春分那天,全村人都去采摘春菜。在田野中搜寻时,多见是嫩绿的,细细棵,约有巴掌那样长短。采回的春菜一般家里与鱼片“滚汤”,名曰“春汤”。有顺口溜道:“春汤灌脏,洗涤肝肠。阖家老少,平安健康。”,慢慢地这也成了一个习俗。一年自春,人们祈求的还是家宅安宁,身壮力健。
2、萝卜
扬州人还有春分吃萝卜或萝卜丝馅的包子、春卷的风俗。这时吃萝卜不但能上下通气,还能起到去疾病、解春困的功效。
春季养生保健的各种蔬菜中,效果最好的当属萝卜。白萝卜具有清热生津、理气、消食化痰的作用,生吃偏于清热生津,煮熟偏于行气消食,春季食用,可用来防治痰多咳嗽、咽痛、伤食腹胀、便秘等病状。现代医学认为,萝卜有很好的利尿效果,所含的纤维素也可促进排便,利于减肥。如果想利用萝卜来排毒,可以选择生食,打成汁或凉拌、腌渍均可。
民间认为“萝卜头辣、尾燥、腰正好”,专家也提醒,萝卜分段吃,营养各不同:萝卜的顶部含维生素C最多,宜爆炒和煮汤;中间段含糖量较高,可切丝凉拌;尾部辛辣,含淀粉酶和芥子油,适宜腌拌……平时家里人少时一根大萝卜一次吃不完,可以竖着剖开吃一半,这样萝卜的头、腰、尾都在菜里,营养均衡。
人们常说安全感,究竟什么是安全感呢?安全感是对可能出现的对身体或心理的危险或风险的预感,以及个体在应对处事时的有力或无力感,主要表现为确定感和可控感。安全感主要体现在两方面:精神层面和物质层面。
动物常常是没有安全感的,所以经常恐慌。人类也同样是动物,不过是高级动物罢了。人类始终在追求安全感,安全感是人类的心理基本需求之一。我们希望周围的一切都是可以预知的,可以控制的,最好可以按照我们的想法发展下去的。从这一点看来,好像我们的安全感都归结为外界因素,就像上述例子“男友让我很没有安全感”。
其实细想想就会知道,上面的逻辑是靠不住的。归因分为可控因素和不可控因素,在恋爱关系中可控因素是自己,而不可控因素是对方。你偏偏要控制不可控制的因素,怎么会得到安全感?把安全感寄托在外界因素上,永远都会处在一种患得患失的状态,别人给的再多也没有用。
所以我想说的是,安全感不是靠别人给的,而是自己给自己的。尤其是在爱情中,要想得到安全感唯有自己独立且自信起来,不能跟对方有太大的差距,通俗点来说就是,两个人要携手并肩一起走。不要轻易相信童话故事里的“灰姑娘和王子从此过上了幸福的生活”,或者相信事业有成的丈夫和在家相夫教子的太太相亲相爱白头到老。试想,你能指望一个平民出身的姑娘跟贵族出身的王子有多少共同语言?或者一个时刻关注世界经济走势的丈夫和一个张口闭口萝卜白菜的全职太太有多少交集?爱情本质上注重的还是精神层次的交流。
因此,不要在抱怨别人不给你安全感了,与其依靠他人施舍,不如先自给自足。
