有一次，我去姑妈家玩儿，刚好有一个和我非常熟悉，而且和我非常友好的.朋友也来啦，我俩在姑妈家把能玩的都玩啦，闲着没事，就拿着羽毛拍下楼去打羽毛球了。在我俩把羽毛球打得正激烈时，不知是我太投入，用力过度，还是一阵风吹的，一不小心，把羽毛球打到了亭子顶上去了。顿时，我心中忐忑不安起来，生怕被姑妈责骂，所以我俩都隐瞒了此事。在之后的时光里，我不知怎么了，走一步都感觉背了一个巨物在行走，我终于忍受不住这感觉了，怀着惭愧的心向姑妈诚恳的坦白并道歉，没想到姑妈的神态中没有一丝责怪，反而笑眯眯地原谅了我。我当时惊讶了，姑妈为什么原谅我？为什么还笑着原谅我？为什么没有责怪我？一连串的问题在我脑中浮现。
经过多时的思考，我认为姑妈这样是教育了我，让我明白错误并不可怕，只要勇于承担并坦白，就能得到大人的谅解。过后，我如释重负般的，全身轻松了下来。
从此事之后，我很少再隐瞒错误，而只有诚实的孩子，才受人们喜爱。

跳完后我心想:“这也太吓人了吧。”我的双手冰凉，心虽没有上下浮动太大，可依然跳得厉害，上一次咬牙一次，头上出一次汗，双腿发软，有几次还想找个借口，休息一会，可还是放弃，心想:“踏踏实实的练吧!为班级争荣誉，老师选我就得对得起老师，那么多同学都挺的住，我也能挺住!"于是，我重整心情，斗志昂扬，往手上吐了两口气，抖动双腿，在每跳之前练习一个，每次无论好坏都鼓起勇气，大胆上绳，向前冲，绳打着了也顾不上，越练越好，进步很快。俗话说“人非圣贤，熟能无过。”不会就练，要都会就不练了，要的就是这个过程，我慢慢的克服困难，不再紧张，就能轻松跳过。 老师在班里40多人中选了10男10女共20人，老师双在众多女生中，选了我，我就更不能让老师失望。通过练习跳大绳，我深深地体会到：做任何事想要取得胜利，就要对自己充满信心，相信自己，突破自己，超越自己
