当文明市民首先要从自身做起，节约每一度电，每一张纸，，每一个食物，节约身边的一切，不能浪费。饭，像在我们学校，很多人因为挑食吃不了几口就倒了，想一想，农民伯伯辛辛苦苦种来的，倒了的是剩饭流走的是汗水啊;水，一些同学在家洗完手不关水龙头，让水白白流失，想一想，水是哪来的?
是爸妈辛苦在外头工作的钱换来的;电，有时候我们开着灯做作业，玩一下又做一下，不但浪费了光阴，又浪费了电。一切都那么来之不易，所以要好好珍惜身边的一切事物!
当然，我也不例外。早上，我会早早的起床去帮助清洁阿姨扫扫地，捡捡垃圾，在班上我会帮值日生干一些己所能为的事，家里，我会帮妈妈，奶奶做家务活。虽然没有帮社会做大事情，但希望能用一点一滴的小事来弥补。

无论你在城市的哪一个角落，都能听见一种声音。那就是汽车的轰鸣声。这种声音，不管是老人少年还是婴童都有一定的伤害。
我想大家还不太了解噪音吧!那就让我来告诉你。噪音分为三种，第一种是建筑噪音，建筑噪音是阶段性的，因为只在白天开工。第二种是交通噪音，持续的时间会比较长。第三种是生活噪音，一般是有太大的电视、音乐声音等等。
音量的单位就是分贝，英文就是DB。下面就让我来告诉你生活中的声音的音量是多少：1分贝是我们刚刚能听得到的声音;20分贝以下可以算是安静;20-40是人与人之间的轻声细语;40-60是正常交谈;70分贝以上就算是很吵了，这时的声音就会损害听力了。90分贝以上听力受损。如果你在100-120分贝的空间中待上一分钟人就会暂时失聪。有时会需要很长时间才能恢复。
在噪声的环境里，会影响我们的正常生活和工作。长期的噪声环境会使人患多种疾病，使人烦躁不安，内分泌失调等等。
噪音可真是太可怕了，所以请大家不要制造一些噪音。对了还要告诉你们一个小秘密，可以在就家里养一些花草，这样可以消除一些噪音哦!!!～～～

早上的城市朦朦胧胧地伸伸懒腰打个哈欠，发出了“噜噜”的声响，那一串一串的声响就像一对对打鼾声，又如一个个抱怨，厌烦的是三三两两的怨妇嗑着瓜子的骂街声，汽车吐着大汽“轰轰”的打屁声，工厂抽着雪茄的“突突”声，哪一阵一阵的声响，就如一堆沙尘，没灭了城市，埋灭了梦想。
唯有那小学生门清脆的读书声，才让城市在这个即将湮灭的寒夜安静的入睡——梦里，城市做了一个梦，它安居到了大自然，哗哗的流水声，动物们的唱歌声，踏踏的声响像轻快的音乐，伴着城市跳了起舞蹈，就这样跳啊跳，它跳过了山与水，跳过了美与丑，怨恨与和平，嘈杂安静，在梦里，城市经历、探索、发现了前所未有的美景，在梦里，一切事物化为美好，清水漂荡的“哗哗”声掩住了汽车“嘭嘭”的放屁声，小鸟“叽叽喳喳”的歌唱声埋没了工厂的“呼呼”抽烟声，街头的叫骂化声成动物们玩耍的嘻嘻声，城市不由赞叹：多美啊!不久，便沉醉于与动物们欢声笑语的梦幻中，不知道过了多久城市醒来了，身边没有了轻快的音乐，只有一片嘈杂，刺耳的汽车响铃撕破天空，唉，这种苦日子什么时候才结束啊!
