今年初春，妈妈不知从哪要来一棵小树苗，栽种在院子里。不久，小树苗就长出了嫩绿的小叶子。
我问妈妈：“这是一棵什么树”
“无花果”
“无花果？它真的不开花就结果吗？”这个问题我一定要弄明白。
以后，我每隔一段时间就去看它，还给他浇水。它生长得很快，已经两米多高了，它那宽大的叶子就像我们的手掌。
今天我来到它面前，像是在搜寻着什么。突然，我眼前一亮，在它每一片宽大的'叶子的根部都有一个豆大的小青果，着难道就是它的果实？可我从来没见它开花呀？科学老师讲过植物生长一般要经过发芽、长叶、开花、结果几个过程，难道无花果真的不开花吗？
我迫不及待地打开电脑寻找问题的答案。终于找到了，《辞海》，上面说：我们吃的无花果，其实不是无花果树的果实，而只是花托膨大之后形成的肉球，而花和果实都包在这个肉球里面。肉球有许多小花，雄花和雌花上下分开，每个花都结出一个果实。所以说，无花果的营养成分很丰富。
为了进一步得到证实，我摘下一颗较大的无花果。用刀子将果实纵向切开，用放大镜仔细观察，尚未成熟的无花果露出了真面目——里面全是蛇一样的小花，样子十分可爱。原来无花果不是不开花，而是把花藏起来了，人们看不到而已。
得到了这个结论，我高兴地无法形容，为了将这一发现记录下来，我在其中的半个无花果上加上了天然色素苋菜汁，还拿来相机把它拍了下来。
啊！真想不到植物身上竟有这么多奥妙。我明白了，我们身边处处有科学，只要你细细地观察，就会有更多的发现。

In a word, mobile phones act as an appropriate platform where people can always stay in tough however long the distance is, but a wise man should know when to put down his phone.
