我们乘车来到横山地质公园，那里有很多的红色岩石。放眼望去，前面的那座山就像传说中的火焰山。走近一看，才发现这座山是由许多巨大的红色岩石组成的。岩石上有一圈圈的白色水纹，像巨大的贝壳。妈妈说这是水留下的'痕迹。我们爬上岩石就开始疯狂地照相，一会儿在这里拍，一会儿在那里摆姿势，恨不得把整座“火焰山”全放进相册里。
有的地方不好爬，妈妈就拉我一把。因为妈妈总是跑在第一个，她最勇敢了。终于，在妈妈拉，爸爸推的帮助下，我们爬过了这座“火焰山”。
在山顶短暂的休息后，我们开始了漫长的徒步之旅。我们遇到了很多困难，有一段路，草长得很高，有的地方甚至比我高，我必须扒开草才能看见路。有一段路到处是泥巴，一不小心就陷进去了。妈妈说踩在草丛上，才不容易滑到。快到山脚时，我们遇到了塌方。路被水冲断了，我们只能从陡峭的山坡上走下去，再爬上对面更陡的土坡。路很滑，坡很陡，一不小心就会掉到旁边的水塘里。我一看，就不敢走了。妈妈鼓励我要战胜自己，我才哆哆嗦嗦地走。到了小山坡前，妈妈还是在前面拉，爸爸推，可是我还是够不着，只好紧紧地抓住旁边的草丛，手指蹭破了皮，我都没有在意。终于爬了过去，我战胜了自己！

Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。

So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past。 It is a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dogs， and soldiers with guns near the prisons。 And most of the prisons are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very small houses。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing。
I think they are the heros in that century。 I will follow their spirit。
