今年的寒假是短暂而又美好的，有很多事值得我回忆。其中我最难忘的是过春节时包饺子和煮饺子的事情。
那天，爸爸妈妈准备好一盆韭菜肉馅、饺皮和盘子。爸爸妈妈先用筷子夹一些韭菜肉馅放在饺皮上，然后用手一捏，一个饺子就包好了。起先我认为包饺子简直就是张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟。我包时先把中间一捏，可是，饺皮两边的肉馅就蹦出来了。我用手把两边捏起来，可是中间的馅儿又蹦了出来，弄得我手忙脚乱，一个饺子也没有包好。爸爸见我这窘态，便教我先把两边捏紧，然后再把中间捏紧，这样，饺子就包好了。但是，在包饺子时一定要把馅儿分量放适中。
我按照爸爸说的'去做，果然这个方法非常凑效。我以前包得简直真是按下葫芦浮起瓢——顾了这头丢那头。好了，忙活了半天，终于包完了。现在可以煮饺子了。锅里烧开的水像翻滚的“云海”，我把一个个饺子放进去。它们晃来晃去，好像屁股不停地被烫，在到处寻找冷却的地方休息一会儿呢，看得我直发笑。
包饺子看起来是小菜一碟，到你真正做起来时，就觉得这碟小菜还真不好吃。

那么如何推行说国语，我有几点意见：
一、以身作则：要使国语普遍的在每个角落推行成功，应该从自己做起，在学校和同学或师长们用国语沟通，在家里要用国语和家长们讲话，由自己来影响同学、朋友及亲戚，那么久而久之，国语就能普及到社会。
二、成立民教班：我们可以在晚上的时侯，成立民教班。请一些不会说国语的年长乡民参加，使他们在老师的教导下，也能渐渐的说出一口流利的国语来。
三、民间风俗：在有大热闹的时候，总是会请一些歌仔戏，或布袋戏来表演，让民众看，这些都是以方言来对话的，对推行国语来说，这实在是一项很大的阻碍。我们可以请专人放映一些对世道人心有益的国语影片让民众观看，这样时间一久，民众就慢慢地学会说国语了。

我平常最爱吃饺子，一直以为包饺子是一件非常容易的事情。可是自从上次亲自在外婆家学包饺子后我就再也不这么认为了。
那天，我在外婆家和小表弟玩，外婆说：“今天给你们包饺子吃，好吗？”我一听到包饺子便兴奋地问道：“外婆，我可以和你一起包饺子吗？”外婆说：“当然可以啊。”说着，外婆便开始准备饺子馅了。她先把葱、白菜、红萝卜洗干净后切碎，然后又把一些肉剁成肉末，再把这些东西都搅拌到一起后加些调料，这样就成了美味的饺子馅。
终于可以开始包饺子了，我迫不及待地等不到外婆给我示范就先夹了一大坨馅放在饺子皮上，可是我左捏右捏饺子皮好像不听我使唤，捏好上面，馅又从下面的“肚子里”跑出来了，弄得我手忙脚乱，不知如何是好！这时我才虚心地向外婆请教。外婆一边示范一边耐心地告诉我：“饺子皮只有那么大，所以馅也不能太大，用差不多的馅放在饺子皮中间，用两只手把包着馅的饺子皮对折后捏紧，再根据自己的喜好捏出一些小花纹，这样饺子就做成了。”我一边看一边学着外婆的样子又捏了一个，咦，果然大有进步了。就这样，我练习了一个又一个，最后，虽然我包的还是比不过外婆包的，但是外婆已经笑眯眯地夸我“已经包得很不错了”
经过这次包饺子，我明白了：很多事情看起来简单，但要做好还是要用心练习才行！原来，包饺子也是一门有学问的技术啊！

nowadays, we can see some boys and girls who live in a small world of their own. they bury themselves among books and are proud of themselves. they think that it will make them lose their face if they do housework for they often think themselves very noble.
these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single,yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

Second, as there is much free time, they can make use of it and gain the valuable experience. Students can join some clubs to develop more interest, or find part-time jobs. It is better than to stay in the dorm and play computer games all the time.
第二，由于空闲时间多，他们可以充分利用好这些时间，并从中获得宝贵的经验。学生可以参加一些活动来发展更多的兴趣爱好，或找份兼职工作。比呆在宿舍玩电脑游戏好多了。
A lot of students feel lost in the campus, because they don't plan campus life well. The things you learn will make you different in the future.
