听了毛樾漫老师的讲座，好像答案自在其中，感受颇多。课程中，毛樾漫老师告诉我们需要对孩子肯定的赞许和鼓励，用孩子能听懂的语言教会孩子对与错。静心想来，每个孩子都渴望得到师长的信任、理解。现在的孩子个性很强，很多时候他们都有自己的独立见解、独立看法。我们一味地唠叨，一味地指责，非但不能教育孩子，还会增加他们对我们的厌恶。换种方式不是更好吗?他们思维灵敏，思想活跃，上进心强，自尊心强，保护好孩子的自尊心和自信心并加以正确引导，就能充分调动他们的'主动性、积极性。师生关系和亲子关系融洽，就能及时掌握孩子的思想动态。我们何乐而不为呢?
作为老师和家长的我们，看到孩子身上的闪光点也同样重要。全面地认识孩子，走近孩子，这就需要我们有一颗宽容的心。宽容是一种无私的爱，有时候，面对孩子的失误，只要不是原则问题，我们不必耿耿于怀。很多时候，我们都会太过精细，眼里容不得半点沙子。一看到孩子有了什么问题，就"噌"地跳出来，或苦口婆心，或声色俱厉。其实，做一个轻松的家长并不难，不妨适当"装傻"，给孩子一个自我修复的广阔空间。
在这个物欲横流、互联网技术发展迅速，孩子视野开阔的社会里，再用祖辈们的教育方式去对待当今的孩子，的确不再奏效。当老师也好，做家长也罢，我们不去学习，不去成长，又有什么资格去要求我们的学生，我们的孩子进步呢?教育是每个家庭的日出，是一门很有学问的艺术，因此，我们必须探索有效的家庭教育，真正成为引导孩子们攀登人生高峰的引路人。
