在这本厚厚的《伊索寓言》中，令我最赞叹不已的是《老鹰的回报》，这个故事写了这样一件事：从前有一只小鹰很贪吃，便想去吃一条毒蛇。因为小鹰没有，反而被毒蛇攻击了。这时，一个人看见了这一场面，便去帮小鹰，毒蛇只好匆匆的逃跑。毒蛇因为没有吃到鲜美的鹰肉，便一心想去报复。一天，那个人把一桶水放在田边，去割庄稼了，蛇便把毒液喷进了水中。那人觉得口渴，便想去喝桶中的水。那只小鹰见了，忙飞过去将水桶打翻。那人大吃一惊，低头一看，看见桶中的水竟将绿草给毒死了，那人终于明白了……
人帮助过鹰，鹰也作了回报。这个故事告诉我们，善有善报，只要你帮助过别人，别人也一定会来帮助你。
合上这本《伊索寓言》，我又明白了许许多多的道理……
