读完这个本书，我的感受是生活中会有这样或者那样的不开心，但是我们应该尽量少让别人不开心，多为别人着想，多给别人鼓励，多帮助别人，这样别人快乐开心，我们也开心，就像俗话说：“独乐乐不如众乐乐”。
