Every year, with the coming of spring, the weather will get warmer. And we usually have a spring outing at this time of the year.
Because of the warm and pleasant days, many people would like to go for an outing. I still remember one of my spring outings, for it was a very interesting experience. It was a bright and cheerful morning. I made a decision to visit a famous mountain near our campus. I went along with some of my schoolmates. We were singing and laughing all the way. There was a large piece of green grass land at the mountain foot. When we were climbing, we could see many beautiful flowers on the mountainside. The mountain was very high ,but we reached its top at last. There, we visited a temple and had a talk with a monk. He told us something about the history of the temple and we got to know about Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. From the mountain top, we could get a birds-eye view of our campus. It seemed very small.
When it was getting dark we returned. Although we were very tired at night, we were too excited to go to sleep.
Comes spring! Lets have an outing!

我从小在信阳长大，对信阳的超级美食热干面再熟悉不过了，有时候从郑州赶回信阳，就是为了吃上一碗热干面。
热干面，顾名思义，是一种不带汤的面，这就是它的特色之一。而且，热干面必须吃热的，凉了就不好吃了。
猛一看，热干面是那样的普通：没有油泼面那鲜艳的火红，没有烩面那如雪的纯白，没有冰糖葫芦亮晶晶的外皮，没有大闸蟹光溜壳上发出的闪光，只是一些稍细的。浅咖啡色的面条交错在一起，上面撒着两片香菜罢了。热干面的做法也简单：把面条一煮，拌上酱，撒上香菜就可以上桌了。但是热干面的味道却把这些普通的东西都掩盖了。
一碗热干面端上桌，一股浓香就直冲你的鼻子，诱得你迫不及待地拿起筷子。面进口中，上面拌的芝麻酱就瞬间融开了，准让你满口溢香。那酱不咸、不淡，就是香。再细细品味面条，劲道又不失软软的感觉。更好吃的是，这面里仍有芝麻酱的香味。做热干面的面在揉的时候可要揉好久，一直揉到面劲道有弹性。做成的面是圆的，中粗，不长。正因为这面有特色、好吃，才会引得无数人前来品尝热干面。特别是早上，卖热干面的店里总会挤得摩肩接踵，人人吃得满嘴流油。

April 18th is a special day for us . because we have a spring outing . In the morning ,we get on the school bus with many titbits . First , we get to the Zhejiang Museum , and watch many antigues . We are excited to know “ the 7000 years in Zhejiang ” , then we come to the Zhongshan Park . We feel a little tired, so some of us sit on the grass to have a rest . but some classmates climb the artificial hills to explore something .
They look very happy . In the park ,there are many beautiful flowers and lovely birds. Everyone takes lots of pictures with them. In the afternoon, we come back to school. All of us are happy, although we feel tired. We think this spring outing is funny and unforgettable.

热干面是武汉的一道名小吃，它以它独特的味道和口感赢得了武汉人的心。
刚捞出来的热干面热气腾腾，放上各种佐料后香味扑鼻，芝麻酱、小麻油的那股浓浓的香气老远就闻得到，真是令人食欲大增。吃起来又香又干又有嚼头让人百吃不厌。武汉的餐馆里、食堂里、大街小巷到处都有热干面的踪影，在外地工作的武汉人，回来的第一件事就是吃一碗香喷喷的热干面。
说起这热干面的来历还有一段小故事。据说，三十年代初期，汉口长堤街有个名叫李包的人，在关帝庙一带卖凉粉和汤面。有一天，天很热，面没卖完，他怕发馊变质，就把剩下的面钉煮熟捞起来，晾在案板上。不小心将油壶里的麻油泼在面条上。李包灵机一动，索性把麻油拌合到面条里，然后将面条扇凉。第二天早上，李包将拌油的熟面条放在沸水里烫几下，滤出水，放在碗里，然后加上卖凉粉用的佐料，弄得热气腾腾，香气扑鼻，诱人食欲。人们争相购买，吃得津津有味。有人问他卖的是什么面，他脱口而出，说是“热干面”。从此热干面的大名传遍了武汉的大街小巷。
这热干面的制作工序也不简单，还有许多讲究。先要在头天晚上把面条煮熟，捞起来摊开晾凉，拌以麻油。第二天吃时，烧一大锅滚水，将面放在笊篱里烫热，再拌以芝麻酱、小麻油、榨菜丁、虾皮、酱油、味精、胡椒、葱花、姜米、蒜泥、辣椒等。这个学期劳动课第一节课就是学做热干面，我还没试过，等有时间，我也来做一碗正宗的热干面。
正是因为热干面的味道这么可口，这么受武汉人的喜爱。使它与山西的刀削面、两广的伊府面、四川的担担面、北方的炸酱面并称我国的"五大名面"。

这个暑假，父母带我去湖北武汉。那里的山山水水都给我留下了深刻的印象，不过要说印象最深的，就要数武汉的风味名吃——热干面了。
武汉的热干面。金黄色的面条像长龙一样卷在一起，上面覆盖着绿油油的生菜，一个个白嫩嫩的花生豆和水灵灵的豆芽散落其间，芝麻酱均匀的撒在面上，上面弥漫着热腾腾的香气，看着就让你朝思暮想。
热干面的做法十分简单：先把豆芽，生菜，花生豆洗净，再把生菜最嫩的地方择出来，，把菜根去掉，把花生皮去掉。让后把水烧开，等水热后，先把生菜放进去，再把豆芽放进去，最后把面条放进去，三十秒后，面条便捞出锅了。出锅后，放上烫好的豆芽，生菜，撒上花生豆，再撒上一层薄薄的芝麻酱，喜欢吃辣的食客还可以撒上红红的辣椒油，一碗色香味俱全的热干面就大功告成了。
吃热干面是的吃法也很多。比如我，就爱把面条用筷子卷成成一团，一口吞进肚子里，再喝一大口热茶，美味真是妙不可言。或是一口面一口豆芽的吃，豆芽的清香与顺滑，让热干面的味道更上一层楼。我旁边一个小孩子因为吃得太急，间的满脸都是芝麻酱，我“扑哧”一声笑了出来来，结果我也成了满脸“黄麻子”。
