爆炒小龙虾堪称色香味俱全。被油炒得通红油亮，与雪白的葱蒜相间，荤中有素，红中有白，虽别无它色，却格外诱人。加上其散发出的孜然浓香，真是令人口水飞流直下三千尺呢!
爆炒小龙虾虽是一道海鲜，但做法却十分简单：先将锅烧热，放油，放入少量葱、姜、蒜，再将小龙虾倒入锅中爆炒，加入适当的盐、孜然、茴香调味，最后焖个20分钟，小龙虾就完成了。整个过程快速简单，时间不出30分钟。
小龙虾剥着很简单：首先把头部去掉，然后把长在腹部至尾部的壳剥开，吃其中的肉就行了。
小龙虾的肉质鲜嫩，咬起来筋筋道道，含在肉里的汤汁一咬即出，令人回味无穷。我吃小龙虾时，总是先用嘴吸出头部的汁液，然后再把肉剥开吃掉，汁肉结合，不胜享受。
有次巧逢过年我们吃小龙虾，望着满盆红通通的小龙虾，我心生灵感，从此，小龙虾有了别名——“满堂红”!

缺点：我的缺点大大的多，总的来说，缺点大于优点，但是总结起来，大的就是几点，例如：粗心，脑细胞总是直直的，上课喜欢左顾右盼，学习不认真，学习需要用鞭子抽打，也就是不主动呗。有时候好奇心过强，就会酿成大祸，时总是不细心，粗心大意。唉!真是受不了。
