常常听到有些教师赞叹某某教师批改作文认真的话：“你看看这个老师改的作文，每一个标点符号都给予了纠正。”可不知道孩子拿到这“鲜血淋淋”的作品时，还有没有看的兴趣?因为这作文里面已经没有了孩子原文的影子。这样的批改又有什么效果?劳而无获啊!什么叫教师的点评?“点”：点到为止，点石成金!点者，点其未足之处，点点而已，不可泛滥，更不可喧宾夺主。如“?”、“!”、“好”、“妙”、“哇”等等，一个符号，一个词，一个标点，只要能传达你的意思就行，而且留给学生一些自己思考的空间是必不可少的，不必将自己的思维填充给孩子，让他们在习作中处处感到不自由，甚至没有转向的余地。这一点与我们的阅读教学是相通的。至于“评”的任务：品其味，道其妙!孩子们在写作过程中，并没有考虑太多的写作技巧和方法。而老师的评，正是在共鸣的'基础上，以清醒的教者角色将其随意中形成的优点提炼出来，告诉孩子，以便于今后发扬光大。如我在一个孩子的习作《草莓》后的评语中写道：“好可爱的草莓，真想分享一下你的美味!因为你笔下的草莓的“色”引人、“味”诱人!还把喜爱草莓、爱吃草莓的心理、神态、动作都写出来了，作文指导《小学作文批改论文》。我都在咽口水了。”

学生受知识和能力的限制，习作中出现一些错误也是正常的。教师的批语必须体现出足够的耐心和诚意，要让学生感受到批语是师生情感交流和沟通的载体，是老师对学生真切关心的表现，因此批语要写得委婉，富有艺术性，尽量避免刺激性，既要有鼓励性，又要有建议性，使学生既能看到自己的成绩，又能在愉悦中接受老师的修改建议。如一学生在写《包饺子》一文使，把如何准备包饺子的过程写得很具体，但包饺子的过程却一笔带过，草草收笔，显然是没有抓住重点。我在批语中写道：“看来包饺子确实很辛苦，可是老师还没学会包饺子你却结束了，能通过具体的语言文字教教老师怎样包饺子吗?”如此讲究艺术性的批语，如此平等意义上的亲切对话，必然会投桃报李，换取学生心灵上的感动。增强他们继续超越自我的信心。
