001 错误的食欲从哪来？
1.以刺激对抗刺激
为生计忙得不可开交的人，每天都要借酒消愁；忙碌的事业型女性，有时候会把桌子上堆放的一盒巧克力一扫耳光；身心俱惫的人们，会忍不住想吃辛辣的菜肴，甜腻的点心，油汪汪的炸货和薯片之类的东西；为家务事所累的家庭主妇，会不知不觉地把用来招待客人的点心吃光。
这些都是身体的自然反应：以刺激来对抗刺激。当感到疲劳时，总是会一吃再吃，因为此时需要接受来自食物的刺激-来自香甜气息或者油腻、辛辣的刺激。当疲劳已经导致身体产生不适的时候，“现在马上要吃”“要多多地吃”的***就会愈发强烈。身边那些容易到手的、刺激性强的食物就成为了“食欲”的`俘虏。
因此，为了获取与压力程度相当的刺激来抵消压力，我们就会吃掉很多身体原本不需要但大脑需要的一些“重口味”食品。
2.对零卡路里食物的误解
我们之所以会觉得光吃沙拉就健康，原因是以为只要摄入的热量不超标，就不会胖。基于此认识，现在零卡路里的食物超级流行。不管是食品还是饮料，大家都宣称自己是“零卡路里”。
零卡路里的食物确实不含有任何热量，但是为了保证口感，人们在食物里下了很多功夫。例如：零卡路里的甜饮料，肯定要加增甜剂。也就是说，零卡路的食物，人工添加剂的成分太多。
除此之外，因为只吃零卡路里的食物，那么摄入的热量减少，就会导致代谢缓慢，这样身努力达到“不用那么多热量也可以动”的低能耗状态。假设原先一天需要2000大卡的人，现在只要1500大卡就可以维持生存，那么即便是吃进去相同的食物，还是会变胖。
很多人认为既然既然是零热量，那就可以毫无顾忌地大吃特吃。实则吃进去了很多对身体不好的东西，甚至导致身体机能失调，这也是导致错误食欲的原因之一。
3 自我奖励
引发错误食欲的另一个原因是：自我奖励。比如说忙完一个项目或者拿到了奖金，总是要借着“奖励自己”的名义去扫荡街头甜品或者来顿丰盛大餐。
不过这真的是奖励吗？好像真不算是奖励。
因为大吃一顿之后，往往会产生“吃了那么多甜食，肯定要胖了”之类不安的想法，将自己置身于厌恶的深渊。这样不仅会给身体增加负担，还带来了很多精神压力。
想想看，最近这样“奖励”过自己多少次呢？
或许现在你已经开始意识到自己的错误食欲了，不过，不要太担心，我们接下来进入第二点。
002如何恢复正确的食欲？
这时候你可能会想：要控制、控制、再控制。“垃圾食品不能沾”、“重口味的菜品要少吃”、“油腻的东西不能碰”于是忌口的食品越来越多，只能拼命忍住***。
然而只想着改变饮食习惯只会让自己压力增大，变得痛苦，吃饭会变成一种义务或者是胁迫。最终导致的结果要么是在身体好转之前就放弃了“改变”饮食习惯的念头，要么就是食欲毫无变化，人生总在各种忍耐中度过。
1 做20分钟能出汗的运动
那么到底怎么做才能获取“正确”的食欲呢？答案是20分钟的运动。
为什么说只要运动就能恢复正确的食欲呢？因为这么做可以“改善体内循环，排除毒素“。人一旦运动起来，身体就会受到相应的刺激，原本沉睡在体内的物质就开始活跃起来。
以慢跑为例，通过运动可以牵引内脏，促进肠胃蠕动，缓解便秘；出汗能够排出体内废物，也达到了燃脂的效果。这就像是给身体做了一次大扫除，把积累下来的有害物质一扫而光。通过运动，身体清爽了，有利了，良好的“感觉”就可以逐渐在身体中复苏。于是身体就开始想要摄入真正需要的东西，食欲就开始慢慢恢复正常。
比如运动之后，人们会特别喜欢吃西红柿和黄瓜。原因在于身体在运动后会发热，而这两种蔬菜有冷却的作用。
通过运动，身体细胞被唤醒，恢复了本职工作，身体明白该吃什么，食欲也就恢复正常了。这个时候，身体会选择真正需要的食物，下面推荐适合运动前后的食物：
003偶尔放松没关系
即便是食欲恢复到正常状态，还是会有想吃甜食或者重口味东西的时候。
如果过分拘泥于正确的饮食，反而给自己施加压力。就像减肥会反弹一样，越是忍耐越容易招致反效果。
因此，偶尔迟钝垃圾视食品，或者偷懒不运动也无伤大雅。吃份甜点，或者点一碗油乎乎的拉面，也不做运动...过过这样的日子不要紧，因为你会从中收获一份愉悦感。这样身体和精神都能维持最佳状态，更有利于你持续坚持哦~
这里依然给出两点建议：
1.自己做做看
想吃甜食的时候，建议自己先做做看。当你自己亲自做一次蛋糕，就会发现要用到的砂糖和黄油的数量到底有多惊人，小山那样高的大半碗砂糖全都加进去，也只是让蛋糕达到普通的甜度而已。
亲身体会过，印象才会深。尝试过后，当吃到市面上卖的甜点时就会明白：“得加多少糖才会这么甜呀”。这样就不会无限制地去买点心和蛋糕了。
2 优雅进食
一顿饭可以随随便便地吃，也可以规规矩矩地慢慢享用。吃的时候，细嚼慢咽，一口一口慢慢吃，细细品尝，保持优雅美丽的进食姿态。这样不仅有助于食物的消化，更有助于保持内心的愉悦感，这时就算是聚餐不断，你也总能保持正常的食欲。
总结一下，食欲有正误之分，识别“错误的食欲从哪里来”；然后通过运动和合理的饮食恢复正确的食欲；适当给自己放松一下，保持身心愉悦的状态。
