On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.暑假的时候，我通过旅游去释放自己和游览乡间。当我用双脚走在铺满小草的小径或山间时，我感觉（自己）远离城市的喧嚣，并且更亲近大自然。当我徒步旅行时我可以得到更多的自由。我可以自己选择行程。我可以自己选择路线。只要喜欢，我就可以停下来。而且我可以看到很多人和事，那些我可能乘坐火车或公车旅行而错失的。
When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. 当更快、更方便的旅游方式变成通用的，我仍然支持用自己的双脚（旅行），我从中得到了许多乐趣。

今年的“十一”长假，爸爸带我回老家，顺便游玩了景色如画的皖南山区。
皖南山区风景优美，尤其是山景特别雄伟壮观，一眼望去这里山连山，山环山，山抱山，我仿佛置身于山的怀抱之中。我们顺着蜿蜒崎岖的盘山公路而上，低头望去山间一层层梯田错落有致，山下一条条小溪环抱着大山静静流淌……大约开了近两个小时时而上时而下的山路，我们来到了安徽省著名的自然景点西递。
远望西递，它依山傍水。整个村落非常有特色，一眼望去都是白墙灰瓦，墙的两头成牛角状微微向上翘起，据说这有防火的用处。听导游说，西递古名西川，又名西溪，取溪水西流之意。因古代此处设有传递邮件的驿站，遂称西递。顺着青石板路，我们走进西递小村参观了几座古民居，。这几户人家的房屋都大致相同，门头上雕刻着精美的花鸟图案。房屋里素色原木，凝重端庄，厅堂很窄小，四壁无窗，光线很暗，只有一个小小的天井。每家的厅堂两侧都立有两个大梁柱，梁柱上都刻有对联，其中有一对对联为“万般皆下品，唯有读书高”。据说西递的族人很会做生意，生意越做越大，但读书并不放松，他们把读书放在首位因此出了很多成功人士。
一路参观着西递的长廊、庭院、祠堂等古建筑，听着一段又一段的文化古传说，使我感受到了西递的神奇与美丽，这次的长假之旅真令我难忘。

My sister and I sat on the adventure boat excitedly and began to move forward. The ship flashed along with the speed of the water. 我们首先来到了星际探险，由于人多等了好一会儿，才到我们进去，进去之后，昏暗的灯光照着四周的墙壁，跟着前面的人走到二楼，只见一个大哥哥让我们进入一个房间，我们坐到了第一排，突然，灯光一下消失了，我们坐的椅子一下子上升了很高，只见我们来到了宇宙，食人株菌就在我们身边，我们和科学家一起探险，来到了食人怪的肚子里，我们发现了许多种新物质，我们启动了在食人怪肚子里的破旧宇宙飞船，只见一道强光，我们冲出了食人怪的肚子，回到了出发地点。我的心一直怦怦地跳，心里不禁感叹：真是太奇妙了！接着我们又来到了非常实验室，戴着立体眼镜大象、蟒蛇、臭虫纷纷向我扑来，臭虫还向我身上喷水呢，吓得我一直‘嗷嗷’地叫唤，最令我难忘的便是水雾迷城和斗转星移了，那里记录了亚历山大和诸葛亮的绝世着作，还有他们能说话的人头像，让我增长了知识，还有巨幕影院，让我们回到了侏罗纪亲眼目睹了恐龙的生死，一转眼，已经晚上了，我和爸爸恋恋不舍的回家了。
我想：今天是我最快乐的一天，我一定要好好学习，将来自己也要发明出来长影世纪城的一切，报答祖国！

今天，随着人们过上更好的生活，人们追求的娱乐。我们可以从新闻上看到当节假日来临的时候，很多人聚集在景点。现在，人们喜欢旅游，他们可以坐飞机，坐巴士甚至骑单车。在我看来，最好的旅游方式是坐火车。第一，这很便宜。和其他方式，如飞机和巴士，坐火车便宜很多，人们可以省下很多钱。而且，做坐火车也更加安全。人们不用担心坠毁，这地发生在飞机和巴士上。第二，我们可以在火车上欣赏风景。虽然火车很慢，我们可以好好看看美丽的风景，当我们去西藏的时候，可以在旅途中看到不同的颜色和不同的大山。坐火车是最好的旅游方式。
