下课铃声响了，我马上拿出魔方，对前面的付沈喆说：“我们再比一场吧！”我们把魔方交换，打乱魔术方块，打乱好后，我们换回自己的魔方，观察三秒后，一场激动人心的魔方比赛即将开始。
比赛开始了，第一步对底面十字，我很快找到了所用的`棱，对好了底面十字。下一步，对角块，这一步我很熟悉，所以不一会儿整一个底就完成了。
接着完成中间层，我手形飞快，脑海里重复不断地背着公式，手不停得拧，左拧，右拧，上拧，下切，好像手速比脑子想得还快。完成后重头戏就要开始了！
最后一步，是加速的好时机，如果公式背得多，会灵活运用，一定快，如果少，只能乖乖绕远路。还好，我还记得几个CFOP的提速公式。我和付沈喆碰出了“火花”。比赛太激烈了，围观的人也越来越多。只剩下最后一步了！三、二、一，我和付沈喆同时复原了魔方，一共用了三十八秒！我们俩都进步了，速度最快的一次！
这一次魔方比赛，我懂得了一个道理，多多练习，温故而知新，一定会有收获。

今天下午，我们班和四（3）班举行了一场激烈的拔河比赛。
操场上，一条长龙似的麻绳横卧着，中间绑着一条醒目的红带子，只要将它移过我班的界线上就算赢了！快上阵了，双方队员们个个摩拳擦掌，生龙活虎。上了阵，队员们神情坚毅一副志在必得的样子。
“准备起绳！一、二、三！”双方选手弯下腰，拿起麻绳，紧攥在手中，腿一前一后呈弓字步，身体向后倾。猛然间，绳子绷成了一条华丽丽的直线。
哨响一声，比赛正式开始。选手们个个使出吃奶的劲儿，拼了命地往后拽。看！我们班的“大力水手” 王皓楠，他像斗牛似的死命往后拉，脸红得像关公一样。“重量级”选手徐烽杰大吼一声，仿佛要大干一把似的。他站在最后一个，把绳子捆在腰部，背向大部队，像纤夫似的，使劲得脖子里的几根青筋都暴出来了。就连平时比较淑女的杨心童也不顾了形象，咬紧着牙关，十分用地往后拽，绳子都快要被她扯断了。对方队员也不甘示弱，使出了浑身的解数。双方僵持不下，输赢难分。拉拉队一看，急了。用恨铁不成钢般超高分贝折声音喊道：“加油呀！多用点力呀！”受她们的鼓励，我们逐渐进行佳境，红带子慢慢向我们移来，终于胜利啦！
这场比赛真应了那句话：“人心齐，泰山移！”

烈日当空，我们班志在必得的下到操场准备和五年三班生死一搏。我们的对手看似强大却在后面的比赛中被我们打得落花流水。我们队的`一名颇负盛名的队员，拿起了棒球棍，紧紧地握着，两个炯炯有神的大眼睛死死的盯住了那一颗球，突然只听啪的一声那颗球飞了出去，飞到了十万八千里之外，就在飞出去的同时，我们的队员也像一只猎豹似的飞快地跑了出去直达本垒，而对方费了九牛二虎之力才把球捡回来，这一球让对手草木皆兵，闻风丧胆。我们乘胜追击一下子对手的腿子打颤，因为他们已经快累垮了，各个气喘吁吁的。在我们的努力下以18比九打胜了这一仗，使我们名声大振。

“加油！加油！”。这是在干什么呢？哦，原来是在拔河呀。废话少说，我们快去看看。
我到千山公园的时候，同学们早已来到了这里。比赛项目一共有三项：风火轮、拔河、撕名牌。最令我难忘的还是拔河比赛。
同学们都做好了准备，只听裁判员一声令下，我们都卯足了劲往后拉。我们班的同学小明，两只手像两只大钳子一样，紧紧的抓住绳子往后拉，脚下像生了根似的，纹丝不动。感觉地上已经被他踩出了两个大坑，手上和脖子上的青筋都暴了出来，脸憋的像紫茄子一样。对方也不甘示弱，只见对方人员小刚叉开马步，双手紧紧抓住绳子，怎么也不松开，绳子慢慢的向对方移去。我方啦啦队大喊：“加油！加油！我们一定会胜利的！”听到啦啦队的加油助威，我方又充满了活力，大家一起使劲把绳子拉了过来。“耶，太好了，我们赢了！”大家相互拥抱着跳了起来。
双方交换场地后，继续比赛。“1、2、3.开始！”裁判一声令下，我们又展开了激烈的战斗。对方好像吸取了失败的教训：一定要团结。绳子一会向我们这边移动，一会向对方那边移动，真是棋逢对手啊！僵持了好久，也没能分个胜负，豆大的汗珠像下雨似的滴到了地上，渗透了我的衣服，感觉都可以拧出来水来。“停。”裁判说：“既然很难分胜负，那就暂时休息。”我们个个垂头丧气的坐在了地上。
这一次，拔河比赛真有趣！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.

下午第二节课，同学们雄赳赳气昂昂地来到了操场上，(2班的同学也一个个生龙活虎群情激昂，操场上弥漫着令人窒息的紧张气氛。
第一场是男生与男生的对决，一场没有硝烟的战争拉开了帷幕。
开始准备了，男生们个个好像鼓足了气力，有的身体旋转着，做着扩胸运动，有的把手升平，手掌上扬，单脚向上踢，嘴里还念叨着：“左左，右右。”还有的把脚向前垮了一大步，前面呈弯曲形，后面的脚倾斜下去，把身子向前向后的压着。拉拉队队员都猛喝一口水，为等会儿呐喊做准备，像一条巨龙一般长粗的拔河绳躺在地上，中间的红布头随风摇摆着，仿佛是一头浑身血红的野兽，张大嘴挑衅道：“快来挑战我吧!”
“哔——哔”在一声哨子声中大赛开始了，拔河绳被蹦得紧紧的，红布头不安地摇晃着，双方队员们千姿百态，有的胖的同学们脸上的赘肉和腰上的婴儿肥开始颤抖了。左摇摇，右摆摆，上抖抖，下颤颤。有的是瘦骨如柴的同学们，因为用力而变得脸色苍白，还有的同学们记得满头大汗，手上滑滑的反而帮不了队伍。
一开始，二班的气焰冒得太高，以至于差点儿把我们班的同学给拖过去，但是我班的男生们斗智斗勇，奋力向后移动着，拉拉队们也在奋力大喊着：“加油!加油!”你瞧!第一位胖胖的同学已经憋红了脸了，他就是我们班的“大力士先生”——汤飞，只见他脚一跺，身体一斜，手臂一转一拉，绳过来了一点儿，只见它的脸憋得像个红苹果，本来很细的小眼睛，变得像一条缝儿，上下牙齿咬得紧紧的，眉头紧锁，都拧成了一个“川”字，浑身都因为用力过猛而颤抖着。
再瞧瞧那边，那人是谁呀!他就是我们班的“卖力王”——王逸涛。你看他像一个拉船的纤夫，把绳子扛在肩上苦力地向前进，脖子上，手上，脚上，脸上，青筋一根根清楚地暴在了外面，嘴巴里还大叫：“啊!”哎呀，我不禁为他担心了起来，怎么了呢?不知是他力气大还是鞋子大了，有一只不听话的小鞋子竟然窜下了王逸涛的臭脚丫子，可王逸涛全然不顾，依然睁着铜铃般的大眼睛。穿上了鞋，又全身心的'加入了还在继续的比赛中奋力地拉着，一旁的陈老师也按耐不住，一边挥手，一边喊着：“快拉，快拉，快快拉!”
果然，在各位同学的努力下，我们胜利了，这胜利可真是来之不易呢!
接下来是女生比赛，也是我们的比赛。开始了，这时，我的心里只有那么一个念头，那就是用力拉，可是绳子却在像(2班移去，我的心紧张起来了，不停地为自己小声打气：“拉拉拉，我拉，我拉，我拉拉拉。一定要努力，一定要努力。”终于在我和同学们不懈努力下，绳子开始慢慢转移方向了，向我们这一方慢慢的移了过来，我的心开始不禁有一丝高兴，但我却告诉自己不能骄傲继续拉。不久女生也因齐心协力又取得了胜利。我们的脸上露出了胜利的喜悦，绽放出了最美和嘴甜的笑容。
小鸟叽叽喳喳地唱着歌，仿佛在祝贺我们的胜利，树叶们轻轻地向我们摇晃，好像在对我们竖起大拇指夸着我们，风儿轻轻吹过，带给我们丝丝凉爽，如同母亲般的手，轻抚着我们的脸庞，仿佛在说：“宝贝，好样的，妈妈为你骄傲!”
