说到吃，我可来劲儿了。各个地方的美食，我能如数家珍：北京的烤鸭，西安的羊肉泡馍，内蒙古的小肥羊，山西的刀削面……说到这些美食，现在的我都快垂涎三尺啦！
然而，我最喜欢的当属陕西的美味凉皮。刚刚蒸好的凉皮是一片圆圆的大白面片，普通得让人看都不想看一眼。但是，“化妆”后的凉皮那可就不一样了：柔糯可口的面筋，加上脆嫩多汁的切成丝儿的黄瓜，撒在浑身晶莹透亮的凉皮上，红艳艳的辣椒汁成了凉皮火红的美丽嫁衣，你便不得不被它美丽的外表所吸引。
凉皮的做法很简单。把蒸好的凉皮切成约两厘米的长条，再拌上黄瓜、花生和面筋，浇上汤汁，就成了细滑爽口的凉皮。
棕色的汤汁、鲜红的辣椒汁使晶莹透亮的凉皮若隐若现，犹如一只巨大的手掌紧紧地抓住了我的味蕾。我迫不及待地拿起了筷子，夹起了一条凉皮，慢慢地咀嚼着。第一口，嫩滑多汁；第二口，回味无穷……
“弟弟，你也尝尝，可好吃了，来一口？”
“哧溜”，弟弟尝了之后连连点头，好吃的话都说不出来了。
凉皮，我这个“小馋猫”最喜欢品尝的独特风味小吃。

She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. 扬州的美食数不胜数，有扬州炒饭、拆烩鲢鱼头、大煮干丝、饺面……。今天我和妈妈品尝了扬州美食之一——蟹黄汤包。
走进茶楼，这里的人真多啊！我好不容易点到了两份蟹黄汤包。等汤包时，妈妈告诉我，吃汤包是有方法的，不能着急，要“轻轻提，慢慢移，先喝汤，再吃皮。”
”没过多久，热气腾腾、香气扑鼻的汤包来了。汤包比普通的包子扁一点，皮又白又薄，隐隐约约可以看到里面的汤汁和肉馅。我小心翼翼的用筷子夹起汤包顶端放在小碟子里，心中窃喜。我迫不及待地为汤包先“开窗”，又慢慢地一吸，哇！汤汁热热的、鲜鲜的，香味立刻在我口中四溢。吸完汤，我继续品尝蟹黄肉馅，滑滑的肉馅有螃蟹的味道，很鲜美！最后吃了薄薄的皮。一只汤包我不费吹灰之力就吃完了。再看看妈妈，正在微笑的看着我。
妈妈开始品尝汤包。我又接着吃起来。味道鲜美的蟹黄汤包让我回味无穷！

这个暑假刚开始，我们这里就连着下了好几天的雨，一下子把烈日的火气浇灭了，天气也变得非常凉快，人是倍感舒爽。
下雨的时候，泡已被咖啡，坐在书房里上网玩游戏，却不禁被外面的雨声吸引过去。雨点打在树叶上；发出沉闷的声音；雨点打在路面上，溅起白色的泡沫；雨点打在晾衣架上，发出动听悦耳的叮当声。
趴在窗台上看雨，密密麻麻的雨点如珍珠帘子，从天空中锤下来，伸手去抓一把，她缺调皮地躲开，只留一丝清凉在手心。
等雨停后，我和朋友赤着脚，到小区里的水洼里玩水。淌过雨水，我的小脚丫舒服极了，我和小伙伴溅起水花，弄得彼此身上都湿湿的，我们玩得很快乐。
雨，你不仅给我们带来了清凉，也给我带来了快乐。

So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past。 It is a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dogs， and soldiers with guns near the prisons。 And most of the prisons are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very small houses。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing。
I think they are the heros in that century。 I will follow their spirit。

今天上午，我们在教室里开了一个美食会。

第一个环节，老师让带作品的上去介绍自己的“杰作”：最先上去介绍的是我，我给大家介绍完了，然后又该下一个人……一共上去了八九个人。
第二个环节：让带照片的人上去展示自己的作品，然后，那些带照片了的就把自己的作品带上去展示了一番：邢博做的好像是青椒炒鸡蛋，薛刘妍做的是水果沙拉……他们做的都很漂亮！
Ladies and 砖头们，最激动人心的时刻到了：品尝那些愿意上去让别人品尝的人的杰作，我参加了，朱玉鑫也参加了……然后同学们一排一排的上去品尝，品尝过后，还要评价谁谁的好吃。
每一排都品尝过了，老师也品尝过了，然后，大家就开始评价了：谁谁的好吃，为什么。最好笑的是杨涵宇的，他说他在某一个菜中尝到了母鸡下蛋的味道！

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.
