每个人都有一个想要去旅行的\'地方，而我也有一个想去的地方——希腊。
最吸引我去那里的原因只有两个：希腊神话和奥运会。
希腊神话源于古老的爱琴文明，他们是西洋文明的始祖。在原始社会，他们对自然现象，对人的生死都感到神秘和难解。于是他们不断地幻想和沉思，在他们的想像中，宇宙万物都有了生命。正是这一点吸引了我，我喜欢阅读希腊神话，了解希腊文明。
不但希腊神话吸引了我，奥运会也很让我着迷。4年举办一次的奥运圣会，在经过数百年的风雨后变得更加神秘。
这就我想去旅游的地方——希腊。

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

我的爸爸有一双非常有神的眼睛，大大的，看起来也很漂亮。他还有一个高鼻梁，而皮肤却被太阳晒得黝黑的，由于爸爸长时间在外面干活。在村子人的眼里，爸爸很聪明。我们家一遇到什么困难的事情，只要爸爸知道了，所有的难题都会迎刃而解。
有一次，我在做作业时，一道数学题特别难，我不会做了，急坏啦。我只有跑过去问爸爸：“爸爸，给我讲一下吧！这道题怎么做呢？”爸爸说：“好啊，我告诉你吧，很简单的！”看着爸爸自信的样子，我高兴了好多，要不然，心里可难过了。讲完一遍，爸爸问：“听懂了吗？”我说：“不是很懂！”爸爸又细心地给你讲了一次，这次可真的很清楚了。爸爸不厌其烦地一直讲到我会了为止，他的耐心让我觉得他真的\'很好。爸爸还说：“多做练习题，一定会很熟悉的，反复练习，不会有困难的！”
听了爸爸的教导，我有了很大的信息，我相信自己一定能将数学题做得更好，在我以后的工作中，如果有了难题，我再也不怕了，有爸爸在，一切都不成问题。
在我的生活中，每个人都有一个熟悉的人，作者笔下的爸爸的确是一位非常认真的好爸爸，在生活学习上都间让作者受益很大。

summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

我和妈妈去值班了。在我妈妈的办公室里，我们惊讶地发现一只小刺猬在院子里爬来爬去。“小刺猬”，我和妈妈同时哭着向它跑去。上面布满了荆棘。我没敢抓。我妈发现了一根小棍子，想用塑料袋接住带回家。但是当我妈用棍子捅它的时候，它变成了一个大圆球。真的很有趣。我们花了很大力气才把它装在塑料袋里。
路上我想：小刺猬怎么来上班的？他没找到他妈妈吗？还是你迷路了，还是有其他原因
回到家，我赶紧把它放在纸箱里，给它带了叶子、枣和肉来吃，它却什么都不吃。小刺猬嘴尖，耳朵小，四只小爪子，和老鼠很像。上面长满了刺。用手一摸就疼。我太爱它了，我父亲不会碰它。我不知道它吃什么。我在电脑上查了一下，原来是野生刺猬吃肉虫子，人工饲养的刺猬只是喂它们猫吃什么，狗吃什么。一般野生动物不宜饲养，放生是最好的办法。我抓到的刺猬恰好是野生的，小刺猬离开了亲人和大自然。心里一定很难过很孤独。我知道我养不活它，就趁妈妈不在，把它放在离家不远的菜地里。我放它的时候很舍不得让它走，但一想到刺猬可以找到妈妈，在大自然中快乐的生活，我就很不情愿的放了它。
看到刺猬在田里乱跑，我在心里默默地说：“再见，刺猬！希望你永远幸福！”

I had a summer holiday from Jule to August.I was very happy ,because I could da many kinds of things.
I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visitde my grandparents and ate much delicious food.But in August,there is a first tyhoon.With terrifying fear and my mother bought some food.I was very unhappy,because I could not played out side.
Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovable.So I took photos of all animals.I loved the butterful the best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.
In summer holiday,I went to the places where the sun shines brightly.I went to where the see is blue too.All students had a happy summer holiday.
