《做不抱怨的教师》读书笔记摘抄
暑假期间,我阅读了《做不抱怨的教师》一书,感受颇深。刚开始看到书名,心里想着,哪有老师会不抱怨呢要抱怨的事情太多了。一向以来,教师这一职业被认为是天底下最光辉的事业。但是随着时代的发展,独生子女是越来越多,家长对教师的要求也是越来越高,这就无形之中给我们教师带来压力。抱怨,似乎也成为“释放”压力的一种方式。但是这本书里的第一章有这么一句话:“抱怨是懦弱、无能的最好诠释,他像幽灵一样到处游荡、饶人不安。”所以我们教师要调节好自己的心态,对生活充满信心,对工作有较好的满意度,建立良好的人际关系。
抱怨产生不了任何喜悦,也不会让我们的生活和工作添姿加彩,反而会让我们的负面情绪不断叠加,从而产生更多的不快。大学是一种智慧,教师要具有育人的智慧。在我们的大学工作中,如果抛弃让学生人人“灿烂”的想法,顺应自然,那么孩子们的笑脸会不会更多些呢就像有些老师,学生考了96分还是不够,似乎只有100分才能算优秀。我们教师总是不满足于孩子的成绩。就像有的学生上课稍不认真,一旦被老师抓住,立刻就会被批评一顿;下课跟同学有些小摩擦,又被认为是打架。其实冷静下来,仔细想想,一堂课40分钟,谁能保证什么小动作也不做。只要学生改正过来就行了。“很多时候,学生之间的小摩擦,也不那么紧要。”这正如自然万物的生长一样,在摩擦的过程中,学会了与他人相处的艺术。因此,我们教师让学生在摩擦中学会生存,在摩擦中成长,这是一种自然选取的过程,而在此过程中,我们教师不必代劳。
我们教师经常也会抱怨:此刻的孩子怎样那么不听话怎样那么坐不住怎样那么难教怎样那么不爱学习家长怎样也不管管等等。其实,冷静想想,可能是我们教师有些小题大做了,上课思想开小差,我们提醒一下就行了;和同学闹矛盾,告诉他们要友好相处,不能太冲动。其实转脸他们也就忘了所有的矛盾了。有的同学作业没做齐,可能确实是家里有事,给耽误了,也只是偶尔没有完成。有的同学没考好,因为他就只能考成那样,也就那水平,他已经尽力了。当应对学生的问题时,我们教师要试着相信自己的学生,试着控制自己的情绪,这样一来,不但问题能迎刃而解,师生双方都学会了好多道理。
有的事情,我觉得只要跟孩子好好说说就行了。毕竟没有不犯错的孩子,关键是他不要放下学习,继续努力,我们没必要严加管教,另眼看待,不能带着有色眼镜看学生,对学生要多加鼓励,少些批评,鼓励他们。
每个孩子成长阶段的需要不尽相同,懵懂无知的时候要明白灌输引导;渐渐长大些便要放手;等他完全独立了还有鞭策鼓励。爱不是只用单一的方式一路贯彻到底,爱是讲层次的。只要善于引导,灵活多样的使用大学方法,对症下药,天才可能就出现我们的手中。我们就应更用心的去教学生,去感受学生。去感受生活带给我们的另一份财富。如果用心,是能够教给学生很多东西的,不仅仅仅是学科知识!学生成不了博士不要紧,使他们成为一个有用的人,对社会有贡献的人好处更大一些!我们给学生期望,他们就成为我们的期望了。你是笑着应对自己的期望呢,还是苦着应对自己的期望呢笑着应对期望,期望会越来越多,你会找到越来越多的快乐!
生活就是一面镜子,你笑它也笑;你哭,它也哭。“不以物喜,不以己悲”,时时注意,持续快乐的情绪,做个阳光老师。用一颗宽容的心对待每一个孩子!这样才能生活的简单而充实。
《爱的大学》读书笔记
《爱的大学》是一本值得父母和孩子一齐细细品味的名着。我怀着完成任务的心态去读的书,看了这些故事深深感到其中的爱!书中有关于孩子、家长、老师的一个个感人的故事给我和孩子留下深刻印象。让我们和孩子一齐共同学习和成长。
它以的形式,透过看似平凡的人和事。作为一名家长,当我看到父亲大学儿子的细节,我常常想,生活中的我好象少了些耐心,多了些浮躁;少了些宽容,多了些挑剔;少了些鼓励,多了些批评……自己期望孩子在怎样的环境下成长又期望孩子成为怎样的人孩子原本是可爱的,在其成长的路上真的需要爱的精神,爱的大学,教会孩子学习,让她拥有爱心,让她懂得做人。
古往今来,有多少爱的真情故事啊,可见,爱,是无处不在的,爱的大学家长。我们一出生,就沉浸在爱的海洋里,有父母的爱和爷爷奶奶的爱。渐渐长大了,上学了,又有老师的爱,同学们的爱。爱就如空气一般,我们身边到处都是爱,我们从未离开它,离开了爱的人,就等于没有灵魂的人。爱能够使人绝处逢生,爱能够使浪子回头,爱又能够激发人无穷的力量。
“只要人人都献出一点爱,世界将变成完美的人间!”如同这首《明天会更好》的歌一样,只要有爱人间会变得更加完美更加温暖。
