在学校里，为人师长是大，后生憧憬未来，就大言不惭地指点江山，就开始为青年指点人生：我们的历史积贫积弱，只能是步西方后尘，不能重复历史的错误；我们的科技一片空白，只能是模仿抄袭，无法跳跃现有的阶段；我们的文化陈旧落后，只能是抛弃更新，唯有割断历史才能创造未来。
在单位里，为人领导是大，哪怕就是个班组长，也会受到下属崇拜敬仰，就居高临下地演讲：从业的天职是服从，政治的核心是服从，专业的要素是服从，效率的要求是服从，学会服从就是宗旨，学会服从就是服务。
很难为了，做什么，为什么，都有固定的模式，这样的模式就会产生出必然的模式宝塔吗？未必啊。
为人父母的，哪一个孩子，真的是按照你们所规定的模式，造就出来的人才？你自身经过了相当的努力没有实现的愿望，让你的孩子来完成，尽管是骨血，但是不是你所寄予希望的年代了。孩子，还可能成长得比你与预想的还要杰出，但是，不是走你所铺就的路。
为人师长的，更不应该觉得自己读了一点孔孟之道诸子百家，吃了几天洋饭，看了几本洋书，把国家的传统贬低的一无是处，更把贫穷的工农大众贬低的缺乏素质，自称为精英分子，把你心目中的民主模式，在青年人面前鹦鹉学舌，误人子弟，害国害民！
为人领导的，官场的.几千年形成的模式，权力角斗，服从皇权，还能够欺骗下去吗？服从，是需要的，但是，服从的是法律制度，服从的是职务约束，不是长官的个人指令，倘若是服从了你个人的独断专行，说不准就会跟着你倒霉吃官司啊。
依大卖大，应当说是一种比较负责的传递方式。在各行各业，都有经验积累的数理逻辑人文哲学，有待于革新，有待于创造。凡是束之高阁的模式，都应当适应发展的形势，不然就没有用途。为后代，少一点指教多一点启发，恐怕是更有益处。
