过年了，旧的一年又过去了，新的一年又来了，龙年已过，蛇年来了，过年要干些什么？吃、玩、睡、看春晚，吃只吃年夜饭，玩指什么众所周知，睡指过年放假当然该赖床了。
过年时以前放鞭炮是为了驱赶一种叫做“年”的猛兽，到了除夕夜就到村里去，村村寨寨的人们扶老携幼，逃往深山，以躲避“年”的伤害，又到了一年的除夕，乡亲们象往年都忙着收拾东西准备逃往深山，这时候村东头来了一个白发老人，白发老人对一户老婆婆说只要让他在她家住一晚，他定能将“年”兽驱赶走．众人不信，老婆婆劝其还是上山躲避的好，但老人坚持留下，众人见劝他不住，便纷纷上山躲避去了，当“年”兽象往年一样准备闯进村肆虐的时候，突然传来爆竹声，“年”兽混身颤栗，再也不敢向前凑了，原来“年”兽最怕红色，火光和炸响．这时大门大开，只见院内一位身披红袍的老人哈哈大笑，“年”兽大惊失色，仓惶而逃．
第二天，当人们从深山回到村里时，发现村里安然无恙，这才恍然大悟，原来白发老人是帮助大家驱逐“年”兽的神仙，人们同时还发现了白发老人驱逐“年”兽的三件法宝．
可惜现在放爆竹（现在叫做烟花），成了一种大气污染源，不过也不能完全禁止，因为到了那时候，就更没有年味了。
火药从发明开始，中国就做出了烟花，传到国外后成了***人利器，用途有了不同的作用。
到了现代烟花都是过年时卖得很好，烟花、鞭炮、爆竹等等都成了过年的一种方式，对于小孩子来说最高兴的是收红包，而对于我来说，最高兴的是放假，为什么？因为现在长大了了，对于过年的观念也变了，相信很多人都是这样。

往常我是不喜欢过年的，但是今年却是一个意外。因为过年要去奶奶家我又住不惯，所以我才不愿意过年。不过今年我却在奶奶家呆习惯了。
主要是因为在奶奶家和妹妹在一起玩才让我这个年过得有乐趣了。下面就让我介绍一下我和我妹在过年的这几天都在一起玩了什么吧。
我发现我奶家有一罐茶叶发现过期了，我打开一看结果冒烟了。其实我知道是因为什么茶叶才冒烟的，是因为灰尘在茶叶罐子里慢慢积攒最后变多了，自然打开一看就冒烟了。于是我想到了和妹妹要玩的一个游戏。我们好一通摇茶叶罐，摇完了在打开结果肯定是冒烟，我们边摇边得意，还边笑边打开。还编了句词叫见证冒烟的时刻。还唱歌改词。真像回到了童年一样。
我们还玩了捉迷藏，我躲到了门后故意把家门打开迷惑她，让她以为我在外面。结果她果真没找到我。下次她更阴，躲被窝里。我也没找着她。
我们还在一起玩扑克。她不会玩，只有玩比大小了，不过依然有趣。
过完年了我要回家了以前我这个时候是最开心的，不过今年我却有些眷恋。我不太愿意走了，因为舍不得妹妹了。不过最后还是和我妹依依不舍的告了别。
今年是我过的最棒的一个年。
