With reference to our order No. W 98, the 120 computer sets supplies to the above order were delivered the day before yesterday, but we regret that 20 sets were badly damaged.
The packages containing the computer sets appeared to be in good condition and we accepted and signed for them without question. We unpacked the computer sets with care and can only assume that damage must be due to careless handling at some stage prior to packing.
We shall be glad if you will replace all 20 sets as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we have put the damaged computer sets aside in case you need them to support a claim on your suppliers for compensation.

秋天的时候，天气干燥，土壤很干，所以蜗牛很难找到。我和妈妈找了半个下午，还是没找到蜗牛的影子，只有一些空壳。到了晚上，爸爸就帮我到绿化带中央的小池子旁边找到了三只蜗牛。因为这个小池子是清洁工洗托布的地方，土壤很湿润，所以这里的蜗牛特别多。我喜出望外，小心翼翼地把它们放进了我早就给它们准备好的“房子”。
那是一个漂亮的蓝色大罐子，最底下铺了一层粗沙，上面是一层土，土上面放着几根树枝，树枝上放了几片树叶。当它们来到这个舒服的“新家”，它们看上去一点也不害怕，反而显得很开心，在里面上上下下地爬来爬去。因为蜗牛喜欢潮湿的环境，如果离开了水，它们会因为身体缺水而很快死亡。我们就在罐子里洒孟婆汤，给它做准备了一个湿润的环境。
我马上放进去两片菜叶，然后用灯照着，就开始观察它们吃食了。过了一会儿，其中一片叶子出现了一个小洞，过了几分钟，洞越来越大，成了一个V字形，原来有只蜗牛在下面偷偷地吃了起来。妈妈拿来相机，开始摄像，准备把它们吃食的过程录下来。这时候，另外一片菜叶上又冒出一只蜗牛，大胆地啃起来。蜗牛的'牙齿长在舌头上，像锯齿一样，大约有三万颗，所以它们是刮食，而且速度很快。不一会儿，那片叶子就被吃掉了五厘米长。
别小看蜗牛哟，它们也很放进卫生。第二天放学回来，我看到罐子墙壁上多了一些黑黑的东西，有的像芝麻，有的成漩涡状。原来，这就是它们的粪便。它们不愿意把家里弄脏，就把粪便到墙壁上。
现在我每天放学回来都很忙，要给它们准备菜叶，清理粪便，很喜欢这些可爱的小东西。

I have been reading your newspaper for many years with a great enthusiasm and interest. It is my honor to write you this letter to give my views on the issue of “White Pollution”. It is my view that the limitation of the use of disposable plastic bags is of utmost significance.
I would like to make the following suggestions to put an effective stop to the wide spread of “White Pollution”. Firstly, we should ban the free use of the plastic bags. Secondly, the price of plastic bags should be further raised. Thirdly, media like your newspaper should do more to encourage the public to use paper or clothing bags to replace the plastic bags.
I hope my suggestions would be of help and thank you for your attention.
