正月十七日上午8时，首先由各班的班主任及任课教师组织学生自学《原阳县第一初级中学中学生行为规范细则》，下午先由负责学校宣传工作的江新生校长宣读学习《原阳县第一初级中学中学生行为规范》的目的和意义，接着由负责学校政教工作的刘建辉校长带领全校师生共同学习《原阳县第一初级中学中学生行为规范》。
第二天，在原阳县第一初级中学赵宗尘校长的带领下，全校领导按照“承包问效 全员管理”管理思维，实行人人有责，各司其职的“六包”模式：年级领导包年级，班子成员包班级，班主任包老师，任课教师包学生，学生会包卫生、纪律，行为规范，学生成立互助小组包学习。本期重点以规范学生行为习惯为抓手，开展教育教学工作。除正常上课外，中午的12点30分到1点30分，晚上晚自习前的30分至晚自习放学后20分，确保每个班级有一位教师在教室里负责一部分学生（主要是住宿生）的学习情况，同时确保每三个教室附近有一位学校领导巡视监督。中午、晚上就餐时，全校领导和当天值班的教师和学生一同在学校餐厅就餐以便帮助学生尽快养成良好的就餐习惯。这一新举措从开学的第二天至今虽然只有短短的几天时间，但是很多学生已经发生了明显的影响，他们买零食的现象减轻了，乱倒剩饭的习惯改善了，买饭的时候讲秩序了，有礼貌了，不挑食了，按时就餐了……进校门不带胸卡的学生没有了，上课迟到的学生几近绝迹了，进教室后的吵闹声没有了，进教室后他们知道学习了，课堂上听课比以前认真了，课堂纪律好了，课堂效率高了，教师讲课更有劲儿了……学生们在中写道：“国有国法，校有校规，没有规矩，不成方圆。我们需要这样的规范。”“让学校的行为规范改革之风来的更猛烈些吧！”“学校的这次整顿对于我们九年级学生来说就是一场及时雨。”举个例子，有次在上课时间，一个路人听不道声音，问人：“一初中是不是放假了。”教学秩序的肃然可见一斑。
学校还向学生征集学校里有关行为规范的标语并及时挂在学校里，当学生走进学校里，墙壁上富有激励性的标语，勤政的领导，负责任的教师，这些积极的氛围让他们耳濡目染，他们从行为到思想都正悄然发生新变化。这样“高效”的“承包问效 全员管理”的模式将会持续到学生们真正的能够自主的学习，规范行为为止。
同时，学校为提高学校品味，构建校园文明，进一步配合并推动“责任问效 全员管理”思想的实施，学校成立的宣传办公室，借助宣传的校园广播站在每天上午大课间及时报道校园的鲜活积极的消息，让学生们真实的感觉到一切美的事物就在自己身边，进而产生热爱校园热爱生活的'情感，对广播站的栏目也进行了调整：“走进国学”一栏目专门讲《弟子规》，目的是让这一国学理论和学校正推行的行为规范这一实践很好的结合在一起，以期更快更好也更科学的让学生养成好的行为规范。下一步再进行教育和学习习惯、学习方法养成教育，为学生的全面发展、特长发展，及终身发展打下坚实基础。
接下来，学校将以“承包问效 全员管理”为主线开展一系列活动来验证这一举措的成效，预计3月中旬学校开展七、八年级《弟子规.》朗诵大赛，“我看行为规范演讲大赛”，3月、5月出版一期高质量的教师版、学生版校报，每周各班级召开主题班会等。
教师方面目前实行按时签到签退制度，此制度在以前的基础上结合本校实际情况作出符合本校教师需求的，合理人性的调整。同时鼓励教师提高个人的业务水平，多学习，多请教，多交流，为此对教师们的办公室进行了更为科学的调整，分文综办公室和理综办公室、班主任办公室，同一学科之间鼓励提倡通过集体备课、讲公开课等形式进行学科间的学习讨论提升，赵校长以身作则，准备第一个在学校讲培训课。并对教师们平时的出勤、开会、学科组教研进行奖惩规范。学校图书馆接下来也会真正的发挥它的作用，要求教师们勤进图书室，勤翻阅教学管理发面的书籍，勤写教学日记，这一切的改革的最终目的是学校要组建一支拥有高尚的师德、精湛的业务水平的教师队伍。教学相长，为教师的专业发展和职业岗位幸福奠基。

英语漫画作文写作指导
第一、读图审题
四级漫画作文中的漫画通常反映一个社会现象或生活哲理，要求考生根据自己对漫画的理解来写作。因此，要写好四级漫画作文，审题格外重要。考生在下笔之前要仔细看漫画，弄清漫画的寓意，这是文章切题的保证。此外，在本次四级考试的三道写作题中，Directions部分都给出了写作内容的大致方向，这也为考生把握漫画寓意提供了帮助。下面笔者就来逐一梳理2013年6月四级作文的三幅漫画及其传达的寓意。
第二、谋篇布局
在把握文章的主旨之后，考生就可以构思整篇文章的架构了。四级漫画作文的写作可以分为下面三个段落。
第一段：开门见山，简要描述一下漫画内容，并指出漫画的寓意。描述漫画内容是为了揭示其中的寓意，是手段而不是目的，所以描述要简洁明快，一般来说一句话足矣。需要提醒考生的是，写作的Directions部分虽然给出了大致的写作主题，但是也要求考生对漫画进行简要描述，因此考生切不可抛开漫画内容直接展开议论。
第二段：表达考生对漫画寓意的看法，这是文章的重心所在。比如，就第一道写作题目而言，考生应在第二段阐述阅读文学作品的重要性;就第二道写作题目而言，考生应在第二段论述为什么凡事必须从小事做起;就第三道写作题目而言，考生应在第二段论述掌握基本技能的重要性。
第三段：指出漫画的寓意对大学生的教育意义，或者提出解决问题的建议。考生需要注意的是，结尾段一般并不需要实质性的分析，其主要作用是总结和升华，使文章结构完整。所以结尾段的写作要简明扼要，点到即止。
第三、论证方法
漫画作文的'第二段要表达考生对漫画寓意的看法，这是文章的核心段落，也是作文字数达到要求的关键。因此，考生在这一段要浓墨重彩，写深、写透。在写这一段时，考生要尽量摆事实、讲道理，避免空泛的议论。针对这一核心段落，笔者在此推荐以下三种展开议论的常用方法，希望对考生有所启发。
1.条分缕析
在写作第二段时，考生可以从2～3个方面对观点展开论述，这种写法可使文章显得层次清楚、条理清晰。例如，本次四级作文第一道题目的第二段需要阐述阅读文学作品的重要性，考生就可以从以下两个方面展开：第一，相对于电子媒体，文学阅读更能培养人的想象力;第二，阅读文学作品能够帮助我们更好地了解社会。请参考下面的范文。

其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
连贯性(coherence：关联词是使文章段落之间相互连贯的必要条件。范文中nowadays, on one hand, on the other hand, in one’s opinion即以“启承转合”递进的顺序是文章条理清晰，层层展开。
完整性(completeness：以设问句“So far as the present situation is concerned, is it a good or bad thing to open the university campus for tourists?”开头，这是平时较少运用的段落写作方式——设问法。“On one hand … …. On the other hand, … ….”是段落写作分类列举法的典型用法。
