It is a memory full of joy that we have 3 day off for labor’s day. To celebrate this short holiday, my uncle decided to take us to Yangmei ancient town to have a visit.
The road to the town is really painful. We waited for about 4 hours to board the ship. The mosquito on the road made my little cousin cry all the time. I felt just like it was the worst day in my life. Our car was in the end of line, and the start of the line was unknown. They said there was only one ship that only brings 8 cars at a time. I considered going home but I really wanted to have a look at that ancient town, so we waited. Thank god. The endless waiting did have an end. We arrived Yangmei at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
The town is really amazing. Modern architectural design seems no effect the buildings there. People there still live in the house make of woods and black brick. They grow plants in the house. In the hall, it is evergreen, means the family is like the plant never decays. In the front door are some flowers with bright color, or a tree with age. The family tree is on the wall. We can see the beginning of their family was Ming Dynasty. One of the restaurants there impressed me. The restaurant is an ancient house of a big and rich family. The house is old with a bed where people lay and did some reading in the old times. The most interesting thing was that there are two red bridal sedan chairs in the front door. They are telling the love and marriage in the old days. The house also has an attic. Water flows through the tube on the left side of it.
A river runs through this town, and the water is clean. We chose a riverside restaurant to have our lunch. The food there was wonderful. We had a good time there. Despite the traffic jams. Yangmei is really a good place to visit. I hope I can visit there again when all the roads and ships are ready for cars.

今天我们一家及叔叔家一起去游玩。
早晨，我早早地起了床，一切准备完毕我们便出发了。经过了一个小时的车程，我们来到了今天的第一站---袁家村。听叔叔说这里有好多好吃的多谢。我们几个小朋友都开心极了。来到袁家村才发现这里好吃的东西真的好多，不过人更多。一路走去，看到每家店铺门外的桌子都坐满了人，旁边也站满了人，走呀走，终于在一家手工粉的店面找到了座位，我们赶紧坐了下去，生怕慢一步就让别人抢走了。这家的手工粉味道真不错，我们都吃的津津有味。吃完粉我们接着逛，一边买各种食物。比如：甜坨坨、糖葫芦、酸奶、山药片等等，登逛完袁家村才发现肚子好撑呀，原来不知不觉中已经吃了很多东西了。
接着我们来到了今天的第二站---山府村。这里有好多的果园。一眼望去，那些果树上挂满了一个个地红苹果，远远望去就像是挂了好多红灯笼似的。走近果园一看，才发现这里的苹果一些穿着衣服，一些却没有穿。问了以后才知道是因为苹果的品种不一样，所以对待的方式也不一样。经过一番品尝大家一致认为穿了衣服的品种比较好吃。有了目标以后我们便开始干活了。我们在果园中走来走去寻找着又大又红的苹果，不一会儿就装了满满的一口袋。苹果摘完了，我们今天的行程也结束了。今天好开心呀！

There are many ways of traveling, People may travel by plane if they want to travel far and reach their destination in a shorter time. It is the most comfortable but expensive way.Most people travel by train because it is a less expensive way but the compartments are cramped and stuffy. Bus journey is a cheaper way but it is spent on narrow, bumpy roads which are crowded with traffic. Trips by ship may be the cheapest and most comfortable way but it takes too much time.
I tike traveling by bike. I can set out when I like and stop when I like. I can go wherever I like so that I can enjoy delightful spots rarely visited by other travelers. When I feel tired, I sit down by the bike and have a good rest. Besides, I can save much money for tickets and much time in waiting for the train or bus. I can cover more places by riding a bike than going on foot.
Traveling by bike is good to health. It is really a sort of good exercise to strengthen one‘s muscles and to test one‘s will. Moreover, it brings no pollution to the air. So it helps to clean the atmosphere.

??如这个周末没有作业五年级作文终于又到了周末！周末在人们的脑海里是快乐而幸福的，因为可以不用去上班也可以不用去上学，家人可以团聚在一起休闲和玩乐。但是我的周末总是充满着遗憾，因为那些恼人的`作业让我无法尽兴。
假如这个周末没有作业，我就可以尽情地玩耍。我想去天津参观被称为“滨海之眼”的滨海图书馆，在书海中拾贝，而不用担心路途遥远而无法写作业的问题；我想和同学一起去公园骑车、“撕名牌”或者联机打游戏而不被家长催着写作业；我想看自己喜欢的书，想看多久就看多久，一点儿不受作业的干扰；我想下棋、画画等等，总之没有作业我玩什么都痛快。
假如这个周末没有作业，我就可以去看望我的姥姥、姥爷。今天是重阳节，我想去帮姥姥、姥爷做些家务，我想去给他们捶个背洗个脚，晚上吃一顿姥姥做的美味佳肴，夜里我可以和他们睡在一张大床上，听他们讲述他们年轻时候的故事，这将是多么幸福的周末呀！
假如这个周末没有作业，我会是一个好脾气的孩子。其实我的脾气并不差，只是经常在我玩到兴头上的时候，妈妈会问作业写完了吗，然后我会不情愿地放下手中的玩具被迫去写作业，这让我产生怒气积在心里，不知什么时候就会像火山爆发一样发泄出来，然后就会被爸妈一起批评。要是没有作业我哪会发脾气呀。
可惜这只是“假如”，我不得不从这白日梦中醒过来，接受这残酷的现实，继续赶着这周末的作业了。
