这些安全教育常识包括：
一、防溺水。学生溺水的主要原因是学生擅自到河流、山塘、水沟等危险地方玩耍、游泳、打闹不慎而跌入水中致死。并且事故均发生在校外或节假日或上学、放学途中，发生在脱离家长监护和学校老师管理的时段。为此学校向家长提出如下要求：1、家长根据学校的作息时间监管好孩子上学、放学回家的时间。关注孩子每天是否按时回家了?是否擅自游泳了?是否去江、河、水塘、水坑玩水了?是否未经你许可擅自外出了?2、家长务必要重视孩子游泳(玩水安全教育。禁止孩子私自下水游泳;禁止孩子擅自与同学结伴游泳;禁止孩子在无家长带领的情况下游泳;禁止孩子到无安全设施、无救护人员的水塘水库游泳;禁止孩子到不熟悉的水域游泳、禁止擅自到河流、山塘、水沟等危险地方玩耍。
二、防雷电。遇到打雷时应注意：1、打雷下雨时，不要蹲在露天处，尤其不要站在高处，要远离电线杆、水塔等高层建筑物。2、为防止雷电波损坏家用电器，雷电时最好拔掉无避雷功能的家电的插头。3、雷雨时，尽量不要外出，应关好每间房屋的门窗。三、防交通事故。行人须在人行道内行走，没有人行道靠右边行走;穿越马路须走人行横道;通过有交通信号控制的人行横道，须遵守信号的规定;通过没有交通信号控制的人行道，要左顾右盼，注意车辆来往，不准追逐，奔跑;有人行过街天桥或地下通道的，须走人行过街天桥或地下通道;不准爬马路边和路中的护栏、隔离栏;不满12周岁不要骑自行车等。

The two pictures above are both about the relationship between the environment and the economic development. In the first picture, GDP is on the rise while the environment is drastically polluted. In the second picture, economic efficiency progresses with environmental protection. In the early development of socialism, our country didn’t pay much attention to the issue of environmental protection and savored the bitterness.
