回首一年的班主任的工作中，慢慢我发现；班主任工作看似琐碎，但实际上还是要有重点地抓，班级是一个整体，是一个系统，要让这个系统和谐起来，班主任就是这个和谐因素的总策划师。班主任要有“全局概念”而形成班主任工作系统，而其灵魂是“狠抓学习风气，重塑企业文化生存的学习习惯”，其执行策略是“防微杜渐，做学生的良师益友”。
在班级里，我们要尽量取得学生的信任，并且能够和他们交朋友，这样能够把班级的情况及时反映给我知道，使班主任工作更加顺利的进行。在每天晚上查寝的时候我能够在每个学生宿舍同他们聊天，开玩笑，用这些方法拉近我和学生的距离，使他们不要和我产生隔阂，但是倘若学生犯错误了，我也能够严厉的批评他们，甚至给家长通报学生的情况，这样学生既能够信任我，和我做朋友，也感到我毕竟是老师而不敢过分冒犯。
在学生的管理上，孩子的成长离不开班主任，同时更离不开家长的教育和影响。于是，为了更好地全面了解学生情况，我有两种途径：首先，我通过与家长联系、给家长打电话等形式共同监督和管理学生，通过与家长的交流更能全面的了解学生，从而做好学生的思想工作。另一方面，我把我的Q号给学生，让他们加我为QQ好友，这样就能够通过他们在QQ空间发表的心情，日志，照片等信息去掌握他们的近来情况，根据不同的情况进行了解和分析，找学生谈心寻求解决的办法。
爱是无声的语言，作为班主任必须关心、了解每一位学生。我发现对于低年级的孩子来说，表扬的力量是无穷的。这这学期开始，班里的付祥磊同学写的字十分潦草，在第一次班会上时，给他提醒说是写好字体，隔了一段时间，我发现他的作业变干净了。我立马在班里大大的表扬了他的进步才，并鼓励他要继续保持下去。
没想到，这个孩子坚持了下来，一直到现在，他的作业写的都不错。表扬的力量实在是太大了。在我和其他家长交流时，经常听到他们说起，孩子回家说老师又表扬他什么了，一脸兴奋，然后那几天在家表现就会特别号，每听到这儿，我就会感觉特别幸福。
我并不觉得孩子的调皮捣乱是一种错误的行为，思想汇报专题未成年的孩子在思想和行为上都是欠考虑的人群之一，有时候容易情绪激动，发生打架斗殴这种过激行为，这是我们作为老师应该可以理解的事情，于是我们要教育他们凡是要三思而后行，要学会忍让，让把社会上的实例展示给他们，让他们知道学校只能庇护他们一时。
而终究要面对的是社会，社会的残酷绝不会容忍他们犯错误。孩子厌学的情况是每个老师都头疼的问题，首先我们要让孩子钻进来，培养他们去钻研问题的习惯，让他们在钻研的过程中能够感受到学习的乐趣，让他们在做完一道题之后感到成功感，慢慢改变孩子厌学的态度。
孩子就像是一棵小树，作为园丁，我们有责任和义务为我们的小树松土浇水，使我们的祖国花朵茁壮成长。班主任工作跟多的是一种琐碎，一种默默的付出。是无法用语言加以描述的，只有自己才能品尝出其中的滋味。以上是我对这一学期的小结，肯定还有很多不足，我会继续努力，是工作更上一个新台阶。
