陈跃红校长的课，让我耳目一新，课前与孩子们幽默的交流，课前课后，孩子们明显的进步，教学资源的挖掘，课堂上意外出现的“皇榜”，以及陈校长个人深厚的文化积累，都让我在赞叹之余，深感敬佩。这样学识渊博，触类旁通的教师，正是孩子们所向往的。
榜样的力量，给了我不断充实锻炼自己，提升自己专业能力的动力。
假期的读书会结束了，短短一天半的时间，我却感觉像经历了一场精神的洗礼，给沉闷懒散的假期生活，注入一股新鲜的空气，不断激励着我：读书，学习，积累教育智慧，不断成长，作为教师，这是一生的课题。

这是来自金茵小学的智慧浪花。金茵双语学校共有七位老师做了报告，每一位都非常出色，有的与学生及家长之间感人的故事，催人泪下。有的在教学管理上科学细致，有的在生本课堂上，颇有研究。其中让我印象深刻的，是一位金茵老师的观点，她提出，问自己这样几个问题：我最擅长的是什么?学校的特色是什么?怎样将我的特长同学校的特色相结合?是呀，简单的三个问题，准确地指出了，一，学校的发展，该怎样对教师因材施用。二，作为个体教师的成长，该如何借助学校这个大平台。关于第一点，我们的学校领导已经做得非常好。而第二点，作为教师的我，却从未认真思考过。金茵的老师，给了我这样的思考，我会好好考虑，在以后的工作中，给自己一个定位，给工作一个目标。

孩子会通过玩游戏，提高把物体象征化的能力，孩子在学习的过程中，游戏起着重要的作用。
美国的一些学者提出了关于游戏的五项原则：游戏必须是快乐的;游戏的目的就是游戏本身，而非其他(例如，读书、练习说英语;游戏必须是参与者自发的选择;游戏必须是参与者的能动行为，而非被要求的结果;游戏是脱离现实的、演技一般的活动，小孩在游戏中假扮做某事。
大人应该重新审视这个问题：常见的那种“用玩游戏的感觉来学习”，究竟是不是真正的游戏?上述五项原则满足的是小孩的需求，因此可以称为游戏。而学校和父母所认为的游戏，在小孩看来只是“自己被要求去玩”或者只是“学习的一种”。如果小孩认为，自己只是被动地接受安排，便不能称为“游戏”。
孩子能从游戏中学习到什么，取决于父母的意识。一旦父母高高在上，掌握着游戏的主动权，并产生了教育的想法，那么对于小孩来说，就不再是游戏。比如，父母像考试一样提问绘本中出现的单词的含义和故事情节，小孩就不会觉得读绘本是一件快乐的事，进而失去读书的想法。为了能够更好地答出问题，小孩不再品味书中所写的关键词及故事的寓意，而是转变成了想努力将其记住的态度。
给小孩选择玩具时，不要把小孩看到的一瞬间立刻飞奔过去的玩具作为判断的标准，而是应该考虑：小孩在玩这个玩具的过程中，能够在多大程度上尝试各种各样的事情并将其象征化，展开创造的翅膀。在游戏中，父母要尊重孩子，尊重孩子的游戏方式。更重要的是，父母要能够成为懂得小孩的理解方式和快乐的方式，并与小孩的个性和各个成长阶段相适应的、有着能够和小孩一起玩耍想法的探究者。
