我听过一个富豪小羽的发家史，看似简单实则绝非偶然。
那是起于一种创新，对传统工艺的革新铺陈出光明的前景。创新是人类不竭的动力，历史的车辙转过时间的经纶，无数的事物被创造，被赋予新生，也有无数的旧物被淘汰，被时代遗弃。推陈出新，就如同物种的进化，就如同工业革命，就如同信息化产品的频频换代，是世界太过于正常的现象。物极必反，伪劣产品就是打击新锐的利器。那么最终成为一届富豪的小羽，是靠什么扭转局势的呢?
答曰：一为创新二为取舍是也。
所谓创新，小羽产业的兴起，是因为对工艺的创新;而扭转乾坤的关键，是对自身定位，产业结构的创新。通过试验个专利，一个新的产业平地而生;通过规范整个想要分蛋糕的人的市场，来促进产业的集体发展，树立自己的声望。
所谓取舍，试想，倘若小羽只着眼于眼前的利益，又何尝能想到放弃独断，公开工艺，通过宏观的产业调控产业规则来实现致富呢?他舍弃了正版和专利的独断性，收获了名望、财富和由技术者像领导者的完美蜕变。
想要成功，要有从内部打破鸡蛋的勇气，要学会创新，告别固步自封。离离原上草，一岁一枯荣，这是自然世界的法则;闭关锁国和改革开放，这是历史的教训……凡此种种，不尽详述。
想要成功，还要有敢于取舍的魄力，果决地主动出击和懦弱的坚守逃避是两种截然不同的轨道。各有对错，但是机会留给有准备的人，被动的一方，没有选择成功与失败的权利。一个成功者，当是自己的主人，对于自己的意志，要有当有的决断。有舍必有得，鱼和熊掌，二者不可得兼。
言而总之，敢创敢舍的天下，说的就是小羽这类人的成功之道吧。

我利用了暑假知道了一些消防知识，我从电视、报纸经常见到火灾的场面，那场面真是惨不忍睹，触目惊心!
火是人类文明的象征，现代社会里人们的生活一天都离不开火，假如没有了火，人类不知将会怎样?人类没有了火就得吃生的东西，我们自从有了火我们就可以吃熟东西，让我们很快乐，所以火的出现给人类社会带来了巨大的变化，让我们在黑夜里有了光明，在寒冬里有了温暖。但那时我们并不知道火的危险，俗话说“水火无情”，如果我们对火运用不当，火随时会烧毁我们的财物，伤害我们的生命，给人类带来巨大的灾难，但当我们知道了火的危险时，并没有停止用火，因为我们知道火对自己已经太重要了没了火，自己一离开火就没有办法生活了，所以人类明知道火危险还在用火。但我总觉得，火灾离我好象很遥远。
我来告诉大家冬季怎样防火，要注意以下“七忌”：
第一忌家用电器故障引起火灾。使用电炉、电热毯、电熨斗等，要避免因线路老化、经常搬运导致电线受损而引发火灾。
第二忌乱扔烟头引起火灾。“一支香烟，能毁万丈楼”，不能乱扔烟头，尤其像厨房这样易燃物质多的地方要格外注意。
第三忌燃放烟花爆竹引起火灾。燃放烟花、爆竹要掌握正确的燃放方法，燃放后对现场要进行检查清理，消除火险隐患。
第四忌烤火取暖引起火灾。冬季烤火取暖严禁用汽油、煤油、酒精等易燃物引火，火炉周围不要堆放可燃物品，取暖器材不要用来烘烤衣物。
第五忌燃烧垃圾引起火灾。垃圾里可能有可燃可爆物，如液化气残液、玻璃瓶、鞭炮、废旧液体打火机等，一旦燃烧就有爆炸的可能。
第六忌气体泄漏引起火灾。一旦发现煤气泄漏，应立即关闭气阀和炉具开关并打开门窗，此时不要开关室内任何电器或使用室内电话，发现邻居家燃气泄漏应立刻敲门通知，切勿使用门铃。
第七忌不配备消防器材。每个家庭都应配备小型灭火器等，每位成员都要掌握使用方法。
我在警示人们预防火灾的同时，我们也要学习一些救火常识。一旦发现家中着火，千万不要慌乱，而是要保持沉着冷静，及时有效的扑灭它。像液化器因漏气起火，可将毛巾或抹布淋湿后盖住火口，同时迅速关闭阀门;在公共场所如商场、电影院、超市、礼堂等发生火灾，每一个人都要保持清醒的头脑，争分夺秒，向安全通道有秩序地快速离开，万一被火困住，要随机应变，采取恰当的方法设法脱险。
我希望大家能够在以后的日子里，预防火灾的发生。要将预防火灾，救火常识牢牢的记住!
