古圣先贤们为什么反复训导我们要感恩？鄙人以为，感恩心除了能培养人们礼仪礼数、涵养心性、平衡心态等之外，其中最关键的是：感恩的心具有庞大的不可思议的和谐力量，她能瞬间圆融平衡和谐一切失衡！
感恩不仅是平和心态、和谐人际关系的需要，感恩更是人与社会、人与自然万物之间和谐的需要！有了感恩之心，身心才会清净、祥和；有了感恩思想，人与人之间才会变得亲切、友善，生活才会如此美好；有了感恩思想，民风才会淳朴，国风才会纯正，天净地宁，寰宇清明。有了感恩心，人与自然才能和谐相处，共生共荣。感恩心能带来祥和的气息、聚结瑞气，集体感恩心会促进繁荣的和谐社会，集体感恩心会带来和谐的自然生态。人人都心生感恩，自然会生出一股和谐天地自然万物的神奇力量。
感恩是什么？感恩是一种心态，一种心境。严谨地说，感恩是一种思维方式。人的生命贵在于灵，灵动识生，灵质的不同，灵光的不同波动形式产生了不同的思维。换句话说，思维方式的不同源于灵光的`不同运动形式。根据物理学理论，不同的运动形式必将产生不同的能量，起着不同的作用。
是什么影响左右着这个世界？广义地说，是宇宙思维，宇宙总体意识影响着这个大千世界。宇宙万物一切都按照宇宙总体意识来运转生发。一切都将遵循着道的规律宇宙法则来运行。任何事物都不能违背这个宇宙自然规律。宇宙是个大生命，她是有思维的，宇宙思维体现在万事万物的自然生发、演化之中：星系的运转、四时的更替、阴阳的交变、大地的承载、山河的孕育、草木的枯荣、沤粪种田、一笑一颦……都在宇宙思维之中。宇宙思维影响着世事万物。人是天地的精灵、宇宙的花朵，人的思维潜含有宇宙精神，她同样和宇宙万事万物有着密切的关联并对其产生影响。
从生命信息科学角度讲，人的思维是一种意念，形成不同的信息波，意念是一种能量，是物质，既然是物质，当然就会对事物发生作用，产生影响。不同的思维会产生不同的思维波（аβθδ），分泌出不同的物质（据春山茂雄博士实验证明，人生气会产生脑毒素‘去甲肾上腺素’剧毒物质），自然会对自己和周围事物产生不同的作用和影响。
不同的思维自然携带不同的能量，形成能量团、组成不同的能量场。宇宙虚空是由无数计的能量场组成的一个庞大的大宇宙整体，场与场之间相互交汇，和谐运转，互为影响，互相制约，进行信息交换。 任何一个个体能量场信息紊乱、失衡，必然影响到周围的虚空能量场。而宇宙总体意识为了宇宙能量场的整体和谐圆融，必然会重新调整那些无序、紊乱的能量场，在调整的过程中，能量场之间必然会发生一些反应、现象，这也是大宇宙场自动调整平衡的效应。只有和谐的能量场之间才会发生和谐的同频共振，形成一个更圆融更和谐更强大的能量场，在这个新的能量场里，每一个分子都受益，逐步完成基因转变、升华。感恩的心必然会形成一个良好的能量场，笼罩在你周围的虚空。感恩的心越大，你这个能量场也就越强，和天体同步共振的几率也就越大，更新换代、升级的几率也就越多，事物自然朝着有序、优越的一面发展。因为天体的能量场是清净的，感恩的心最接近于天心，所形成的能量场必然会和天体正能量场发生共振、升华。集体感恩的能量场不可思议，她能转化一切失衡，使之有序、和谐发展。 反之，根据同气相求原理、吸引定律，不良的信息场强到一定程度必然和虚空负能量场相遇、共振，吸引不良事物，形成具体事件，必然深受其害，自食其果。恶行源于恶心，恶果必有恶因。这个信息场无论好坏，她都不会自行消失，永远会跟随主人生生世世，因缘成熟，这个场能就会自动显化、指引主人。所以佛家有‘万般带不去，唯有业随身’的说法。所谓的业力实则就是个体生命多世形成的不同的生命信息场显化所致，是场能的作用力。何时这个紊乱、失衡的能量场转化了、平衡和谐了，生命的运行才会转向正轨。所以，修福要修这个功德场。一切现象都是天体大能量场和个体小生物场的碰撞、共振、同化的结果，一切现象都是生命能量场之间信息交换的结果。
《周易?坤?文言》：“积善之家，必有余庆；积不善之家，必有余殃。”《增广贤文》：“但存方寸地，留与子孙耕” 。
风水不调先调心，贤妻孝子胜黄金，家有父母你不拜，难得祥和自在身。
所以：人有善念、天必佑之，心存恶念，天必遣之。就是这个原理。“人为善，福虽未至，祸已远离；人为恶，祸虽未至，福已远离”。所以啊，人的一生，是福是祸，还是自心的感召、幻化啊！
