亲爱的子健组长：
你好！
时光飞逝，日月如梭。转眼间，我就在你的“子健小组”待了10多个日夜。
首先，不得不称赞你自习课上的专注。当我有一些问题不会时，你总是不搭理我，继续做自己的事情，有许多题都是你不告诉我，然后我自己独立写出来的，谢谢你培养了我的独立思考，让我不再遇到难题就退缩，而是勇于思考。一道难题被攻破时便是一种高兴；万道难题被攻破时便是一种成长。其次，我是一个爱说话的人，但你又不爱说话，所以你就减少了我说话的次数。每次想说话时，就看看你，仿佛有一个无形的手捂上了我的嘴巴。就像其他组长一般既要活泼又要收敛，该说的时候大胆、放开了说，不该说话时就应该闭上嘴。
还有我的字体问题，你总是说我写的笔画太连了。的确，我自己看了自己的字体也会感到不适。组长我今后也会约束自己的字体，尽量不出格，笔画不连成一片。我要向王子轩、赵宇轩和宋亚轩学习他们的`字体，练成“三轩”字体大气、舒展、飘逸，但不潦草和连笔。但一个习惯养成了，想要改正是艰难的，我以后也要规范自己的字体，请大家监督我，就从今天的随笔开始吧。
我以前总是不会利用碎片化时间，导致我几乎每天都要很晚完成作业。我在前几个组长的小组里学习时学了个皮毛，而在你的小组学习时，我感觉我取得“真经”了。你总是在课间、自习上奋笔疾书，而我也深受你的影响。课间你下课跑操总是很快的，几乎回来时前几名也有你，你回到班里后，就拿起数学作业写起来，一刻也不敢松懈，这一点我做的不是太好，但自习课上我的效率挺高，几乎是不扭头的，有也是在讨论问题，大概一节自习课就可以把语、数、外作业写三分之二，回到家后可能只需一个多小时就完成了，谢谢你默默无闻地培育，就像像孔子说的“子曰：其身正，不令而从；其身不正，虽令不从。”
最后，我也向你诚心地提一下建议，那就是你有些不够自信，回答问题总是不敢回答，但我也知道你是会的，其实你的声音很好听。用谢老师告诉我们的一句话就是：大胆地表现自己时，别人无理轻视你。像数学讲题大赛，你是最后一个登台讲的，这次的小组长点评时，无疑你又是“压轴”，但怎么谢老师讲完后，我和妈妈都很纳闷——张子健呢？我们都在等你对我的评价。虽然我已经偷偷看过你对我的评价，但我还是想听听你的声音。希望你以后可以自信、阳光一点。
