新护士的加入，给科室注入了新的生命力，她们这些90后，思想活跃，每个人的脾气品性各不相同，护士长将品德教育放在首位，用《行走在冰面上的人生哲学》进行励志教育，讲“谦受益，满则损”道理，面对令人纠心的那些遇事隐瞒、抵赖、找借口等现象，导师们谆谆教导，以身作则，并耐心说服教导，告诉她们做人做事要有担当，要实实在在，学会自省，作为医务人员更要具备慎独精神，要做一名让病人放心、信赖的护士。
