2.在箩筐内放些糯米面，把切好的小方丁进水浸一下，放在箩筐内的糯米面上，用手摇动，使糯米面挂在剩馅上，连续多次，摇成玻璃球大小的汤圆。
3.待锅内清水烧开后，将汤圆下锅，汤圆浮起时，加入白糖，连汤一起倒入已备好烧酒的酒锅内，将酒锅端于桌上，再将锅内酒点燃。
