下午，我怀着激动的心情和爸爸妈妈一起登上了“文峰号”。船缓缓地开动了。我向窗外望去，远处高楼林立，护城河两岸行人来来往往，汽车川流不息。岸边的柳树姐姐对着镜子般的湖面梳理着长辫子。河面上一朵朵荷花亭亭玉立，姿态各异，色彩缤纷，有粉色的、白色的、紫红色的，微风轻轻一吹就像穿着纱裙的少女在翩翩起舞。碧绿的荷叶就像是露珠弟弟的小床，贪睡的露珠在阳光下就像晶莹剔透的珍珠。偶尔还有蜻蜓哥哥、鲤鱼妹妹在荷叶间嬉戏、玩耍，这让我不由得想起了“小荷才露尖尖角，早有蜻蜓立上头”的诗句，好一幅美丽的画卷！
我们坐着船穿过了春光桥、文惠桥、北关桥、清虚桥……这些桥形态各异、别具匠心，每座桥的.背后都藏着一个美丽的传说故事，据说家里有考生的可以在文惠桥上走一走，就能考出个状元来。再往河两岸观看，桥的两岸绿树成荫，风景如画，有悠闲的老人在垂钓，有调皮的孩子在游戏，有牵着狗的妇人在散步……
我们只顾着欣赏美景，竟忘记了时间.船渐渐地靠近码头，我恋恋不舍地下了船，心中不由地感叹：我的家乡——许昌，真美啊！
