I first got to know Miss Pan when she enrolled at university and I was the assistant director of her class at that time. However, as a diligent girl without any solid background in Computer Science before college, she adapted quickly to the especially competitive environment in our department. Furthermore, I still remember during the spring vocation in May, due to the break-down of my mail box, I missed her mails to discussing some questions. But the following week during the course time, she asked me directly. Her zeal for knowledge and the spirit to explore answers really leave me a deep impression. Finally, she was among the few students who got almost full marks in every test in class which showed her exceeding grasp of every chapter. 春日下午，和一群爱好教育的小伙伴，集聚在星荟中心，观看一部纪录片《把一座城市变成一所学校》。
看到标题，我联想到学校的操场，科技博物馆，自然历史博物馆，儿童博物馆，公园的游乐区域，还有各种剧院和展览。能把一座城市变成一所学校，这座城市一定很有她的魅力。城市里头，一定有吸引人，并引发好奇心和想象力，增长见识。这是我看纪录片前的猜想，带着这样的前置预设来观看纪录片，来验证自己的假设。
但看完之后，我的认知却被打破了。
原来这是24位教育者以学习者的身份，在一座陌生的城市东京，用小组共学的方式，进行自主的探究式学习。这部纪录片，就是记录这个过程。
01团队中没有张力是有问题的
早在这24位教育者出发前，他们在线上开启动会的时，顾远老师就已经抛出了一些词，例如张力，迭代，升级等。这为后面的东京之旅埋下了伏笔。
什么是张力？
张力，物理学名词，指物体受到拉力作用时，存在于其内部而垂直于两邻部分接触面上的相互牵引力。也表示矛盾或不相容。
有一个小队，在学习之旅中，团队成员之间配合很好，大家相互理解和体谅，没有发生矛盾。周贤老师发现没有张力的时候，觉得这是一个问题。原因在于没有张力，意味着大家都处于舒适圈，没有去挑战自我。没有找到关注点。人性的本能倾向于回避冲突。在一个比较互补的团队里面，成员之间相互体谅而迁就他人，表面呈现一片和谐状态，都意味着大家习惯待在一个让自己感到舒适的空间里面，因为害怕冲突和矛盾，害怕关系的破裂而不愿意去挑战彼此。
但实际上，张力是一件好事。因为张力，意味着大家对于处理某件事情有不一致的想法和意见。或者是他人的观点影响其他人的利益，或者和他人的任务产生矛盾。有张力，意味着暴露出问题。暴露问题的本身就是需要勇气的，因为这意味着可能会伤害到另一方的利益。这就意味着利益双方之间需要找到彼此能够妥协的平衡点，找到最佳解决问题的方式。
而联想到教育，没有张力的教育譬如冰山之下的隐患，其结果不亚于泰坦尼克号撞击冰山而导致沉没这般剧烈。20岁的中国学霸张一得从小活在父亲的期待下。父亲在离婚后，为了能够给张一得提供更好的教育，从而卖掉广州市中心的房子，而搬到郊区，放弃高薪，含辛茹苦，费心尽力养育孩子。张一得也非常有出息，一路私校上来成绩都名列前茅，最后前往美国名校深造。然而，这个聚光灯下的孩子，最后选择了自***。究其与原因，不排除是因为他一直以来，活在父亲的期待里，因而不愿意真实表达自己，害怕张力，害怕矛盾，害怕亲人的失望，害怕暴露问题，而默默自我承担。一根弦绷得太紧就容易扯断。最后结束年轻的生命。
暴露张力，意味着暴露问题，看到问题，才能够有机会去解决问题。因而，将张力看作是解决问题的时机，这是个体和团体彼此的共同进化和成全。
02好奇心打开无限可能
当成人有了儿童般的好奇心之后，学习就打开了无限可能。
在电影中，有一个镜头特别让我印象深刻。有一支队伍，他们在东京的街头闲逛，突然间看到有一扇门特别低。他们感到特别好奇，为什么这扇门那么低呢？队伍中的其中一员就在门口拍了一张照片。回到驻地后，队员上网专门查资料，发现原来是因为在日本的秀吉时代，收税是按照门的大小来收的，所以家家户户的门都做得很小，以此来降低税收。
你看，当成人有了儿童般的好奇心之后，知识就来了。而且这样的知识，无论过去多少年，都不会忘记。相比于出现在课本当中的一句话，或者一幅图被动接受而言，好奇心驱使之下的发问，从而找到问题的答案，更有易于学习的发生。
体验式教学的魅力之处，就在于启发人的思维。学习的本身，是一件其乐无穷的事情。学习的.内容，也不应该局限于书本。毕竟，班级制的学习方式，有点像工厂里的流水线，完成一个组装，于是传送到下一个步骤。我们的教育，从幼儿园开始，到小学，初中，高中，最后到大学就是这样的一条流水线。有些人进不了高中，就可能直接进入技校。学习的目的，最后成为国家的劳动生产力。
然而，当下的社会环境发生了变化，就业环境也发生了变化。这样的变化呈现了很多不确定的状态。对于学生而言，除了掌握基本的知识以外，也需要训练技能，并且将知识和技能进行迁移，最终变成可以应用的能力。而雇主也会更加看重候选人的领导力，批判性思维，团队合作能力，解决问题能力。而这些，不是单一的课堂学习就能够获得的。培养未来可以应用的能力，需要当下的孩子，保持好奇心，去进行体验和探索，在过程的经历中，收获认知，技能，体会，从而迁移和应用。
好奇心打开无限可能，孩子的课堂，不仅仅在教室，还在家庭，社会和世界。
学习在窗外，他人即老师，世界即教材。
03学习的过程要被看见
《把一座城市变成一所学校》的纪录片中，淼淼所在的那支队伍，从一开始到东京那天晚上去住宿周边踩点，就发生了一些不愉快。淼淼想要去看墓地，楠楠想要了解周边环境设施。一个追求精神层面的体验，一个注重事物的实用性。团队在东京的第一个晚上，就开始了意见不合，张力就此产生。
小组复盘的时候，其他组都很顺利。唯独他们这一组，感觉学习体验都进行不下去了。这也为后来他们的第一天东京之旅，埋下了不愉快的伏笔。果然，小队们因为意见不一致，原来的站会应该是简单复盘和执行下一步计划的，最后变成了矛盾加剧的发泄大会，并因此耗费了游览时间，同时也消耗团队成员精力、体力以及升级负面情绪。
在当天晚上的复盘中，他们将张力暴露出来，在导师们的引导下，敞开心扉进行坦诚沟通，并达成了下一步的共识。在第二天出发前，他们共同约定规则，并积极践行。第二天的行程游览起来，相对而言，就更加流畅了。其中，有一个小插曲是淼淼想去看女仆咖啡馆，遭到了团队成员的反对，大家觉得这多少有点色情，少儿不宜。小组讨论到最后，达成共识，他们先游览整个地区，了解下大体情况之后，再来决定要去哪家。等各自分头行动，他们再聚集在一起，进一步讨论要去参观考察地点。淼淼还是坚持他想要去女仆咖啡馆，并得到了几名团队成员的支持，而另一组选择去了其他地方。
结果，那组去了女仆咖啡馆的成员们，完全打破了对于女仆咖啡馆的偏见和刻板印象。女仆咖啡馆就是一项新兴的行业，是一种次文化。其餐点内容类似咖啡店。服务人员穿着却源自于19世纪维多利亚女王时期的女仆服务而已。经历打破认知。
对于选择是否去女仆咖啡馆这件事情的本身，其实折射的是，团队成员的需求被看见。这是释然张力的一剂良药。人和人之间的冲突，来源于意见不合，没有看到现象背后的本质，因而导致了矛盾冲突。而这次的学习之旅，从有矛盾，到矛盾升级，到最后沟通设定规则，看见需求，满足需求，无不在传递着学习的过程要被看见这一真谛。当然，还有不要轻易对一件未知的事情下定义。
04写在最后
《把一座城市变成一所学校》，是一段看不见的学习之旅。他们没有课本，教案和教材，没有固定的上课时间。然而，他们的学习却在真实的发生。这段旅程，就是课本，东京的街头就是课堂。他们在游历的过程中，与当地人聊天，了解日本人如何看待美，原来美就在每个人的心里，要用心感受；他们了解匠心，原来匠心就在于几十年如一日，忠于自己所爱，并发挥极致；他们遇到冲突和张力，通过复盘讨论看见，而化解矛盾；他们担心完成不了任务，后来却无心插柳，柳成荫。
顾远老师说：教育者未必就是好的学习者。如果我们想要把自己认为的好的教育、好的学习方式带给更多的学习者，那么我们作为教育者，自己首先就得体验过这种学习方式。
一个有生命的组织，自己会生长。土壤环境到了，自然就会生长。学习也一样。学习就在路上。
