This is my first time to participate in the practice activity of Haidu little reporter. When my mother told me that the activity content was to learn first aid knowledge, I began to look forward to it.
When I came to the auditorium, I saw the theme of the activity at a glance: everyone learns first aid and first aid is for everyone. After a while, the activity began, \"lets invite Dr. Zhang from the emergency department of Jinjiang hospital!\" as soon as the voice fell, a male doctor wearing white divination walked on the stage and explained in detail \"what should you do if someone suddenly faints in front of you?\"
Dr. Zhang told us that cardiopulmonary resuscitation should first observe the environment and confirm the surrounding safety before rescue. I pricked up my little ears and listened attentively for fear of missing any link. Dr. Zhangs explanation was not only professional but also interesting. I firmly remember every step of cardiopulmonary resuscitation he said.
After listening to the explanation, its natural to experience it. All the students are eager to try and hold their hands high. I especially want to try, but its a pity that only two students are lucky to complete the practice.
Todays activity is very meaningful. I not only learned the first aid knowledge that can \"save lives\", but also gained a lot of laughter. In this happy atmosphere of \"learning by playing, learning by playing\", I absorbed more knowledge. I think if I meet someone who suddenly faints in the future, I will \"save\" them with the first aid knowledge I learned today.

古时候有个书生，他寒窗苦读数十载。有一天，他上京赴考。
刚到城外的小镇，他盘缠散尽，天渐渐入黑，在不远的一家客栈挂着高高的灯。
书生刚进到客栈门口，掌柜看到他一身破旧的衣服，便轻蔑地说：“中等房2两1晚，一人睡;下等房1两1晚，四人睡，现在只剩下两张床铺了。看你的样子是租不起上等房的了。”
书生摸摸身上的钱袋，轻飘飘的，看了看，里面只有3两钱了，还有3天才可以进考场。于是他哀求掌柜：“掌柜，我实在盘缠散尽，以后的日子怎么过啊?”
掌柜见他不肯出钱便命小二把他轰出去了。
书生在小镇上溜达了一圈，发现只有这么一家客栈了，他拖着疲惫不堪的身体回到客栈，愿意出1两租下等房一晚。但这时的掌柜却说：“现在的下等房已经租光了，想睡的话，留下1两去马房过一晚吧!”
书生迫于无奈只好在马房过了一晚。
另日早上，有一县官与其下人在马房一同取马。发现书生在马房里刚睡醒，便问他一二。书生把整件事都详细地告知县官，县官留下了一锭银子给书生便来到客栈大厅，并提了一个“恳”字给掌柜。自此以后，掌柜就凭这个字而客似云来。
一个月后，科举放榜了，昔日那为穷书生竟考到了探花，他被任命回乡暂代一个县官时，又路径了那一家客栈，他看到那个金灿灿的“恳”字时不禁哈哈大笑。
他问掌柜是何意思时，早已不认得他的掌柜脱口而出：“此乃诚恳也。”
书生大笑：“非也，非也。此为良心少一点。”
掌柜想了一想：“良字加心字再少一点不就是‘恳’字吗?原来当时的县官是在讽刺自己。”
这时全场民众都大笑起来，此时无地自容的掌柜早已躲回人群中去了。

On the afternoon of October 28, the weather was particularly sunny. The day I had been looking forward to for two weeks finally came. Today, we are going to the emergency rescue training base of the Municipal Red Cross Society to learn first aid knowledge and skills.
We took a bus to our destination. First of all, the volunteers of the Municipal Red Cross Society explained to us the origin, functions and components of the Red Cross movement.
From his introduction, I know that may 8 is the World Red Cross Day every year. The bright red red cross represents the spirit of humanity, fraternity and dedication. Then, we started the practical operation. The first one was cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Volunteers introduced the operation process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and simulated first aid.
Secondly, volunteers also teach us four skills of trauma rescue: hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling. When learning hemostatic bandage, volunteers showed us triangular towel head bandage, stirring rod bandage, etc. Finally, we carry out practical operation.
Under the careful guidance of volunteers, we studied very hard, and everyone mastered these first-aid skills.
Time passed quickly, and the afternoons study soon came to an end, and the students were still not satisfied. Before I took part in this activity, I didnt know what the Red Cross did, and I never wanted to know it. Through this afternoons study, I deeply felt that the Red Cross Society is really great. I want to inherit its spirit and be a loving person. Thank you very much for allowing me to participate in such a meaningful activity!

病人男性，53岁，我渴望得到你们的救助。
我于2013年9月23日夜晚10：50，2014年2月23日下午5：00，2014年3月29日晚上7：40这三个时间内共突然晕厥三次。
症状：三次晕厥是同一症状。在行走时，后脑勺部位有似放电的\'现象，然后不到1秒钟，就不省人事，身体僵直（随行者告知）重重地摔倒在地。后自然醒来（第一次不到一分钟就醒，第二次，第三次10分钟后才醒）。醒后，头脑麻木，极度昏沉，但意识清晰。无抽搐，无口吐白沫现象。
诱因：焦虑，劳累，情绪不好，睡眠质量长期不好，头晕
治疗状况：第一次晕厥后做了脑血管，颈椎B超无异常，就继续上班了。
第二次，第三次晕厥后就住院治疗，分别做了以下检查：
脑电图三次（一次16小时，一次3小时，一次24小时）
CT三次，磁共振三次，脑电波三次，心电图三次，多普勒三次，颈、椎、胸、膝盖X光各二次，脑、颈血管，肝、胆、脾、肾、膀胱B超检查各二次，颈椎复位治疗（吊脖子）10次，以上检查均无异常。
另外住院期间，打点滴用药都是扩张血管、醒脑类的，及这类的中西药。
治疗医院：市、省三甲及以上
现状：行走多了身体易发麻，不敢运动，在家休养。
渴望得到的救助：查出病因，对症治疗。

It is important for you to learn some knowledge about first aid in your daily life. If a person has an accident, he needs medical care before a doctor can be found. When you give first aid, you must pay attention to three things. First, when a person stops breathing, open his/her mouth and see if there is food at the bulk of his/her mouth. Second, if a person cannot breathe, do you best to start his/her breathing at once, using a mouth to mouth way. Third, if a person is hurt badly, try at once to stop the bleeding. Then take him/her to a doctor. If a person loses one third of his/her blood, he/she may die.
Many accidents may happen at home. All parents should know first aid in order to deal with common injuries which may happen to their children. When a person is bitten by an animai, wash the wound with cold running water before he/she is taken to see a doctor. When a person is burnt, wash and cool the area of the skin under the cold tap for a while. Then put a piece of dry clean cloth over the burn. If the person is badly burnt, take him/her to the doctor. If a person cuts his/her finger, clean it and put a piece of paper round the cut. Every bodyrshould know some first aid in order to save othe peoples lives.

满足广大农村群众的基本医疗需求，防止农村群众因病致贫、因病返贫，建设协调发展的小康社会，一直是县委、县政府十分重视和着力解决的大问题。多年来，我县通过开办合作医疗、实施医疗救助、开展卫生扶贫等多种方式，在满足农村群众基本医疗需求方面做了一些工作，取得了一定成效，但解决农村群众因病致贫、因病返贫的问题依然任重而道远。今年，党中央、国务院决定在全国农村逐步建立新型农村合作医疗制度，这是适应现阶段我国经济发展水平的现实选择，是党中央、国务院解决农村群众基本医疗问题的英明决策，是全面实现小康社会的重要内容，很切合我们×县的实际，为我们解决农村群众因病致贫、因病返贫问题提供了良好的机遇。
新型农村合作医疗制度是由政府组织、引导、支持，农民以户为单位参加，农民个人、县乡财政、乡镇卫生院多方筹资，以大病统筹为主的农民医疗互助共济制度。参加新型农村合作医疗的好处很多，一是可以得到公益补助。农民个人缴纳合作医疗费15元后，可享受到县财政、乡镇财政和乡镇卫生院的补助。二是看病花钱可报销。三是防止因病致贫、因病返贫。新型农村合作医疗制度既保小病，也保大病，重点是解决大病问题，得了大病报销的费用多，每年每户最多报销4000元，这样就可以有效的减轻农民因病造成的经济负担。
从以往的工作情况看，农村群众对建立新型农村合作医疗制度主要有两个方面的顾虑。一个是投入少、报销少。为解决这个问题，县委、县政府决定建立多方筹资方法，由县财政每年为参加新型合作医疗的农民每人补助3元，乡镇政府和乡镇卫生院每人每年补助2元，加上农民的个人投资，使每人的.合作医疗基金达到20元，可在一定程度上缓解群众看不起病、因大病带来的致贫风险问题。另一个是基金难到位的问题。为此，县委、县政府决定实行乡征县管民用的管理方式，即合作医疗资金由乡镇政府组织筹集，集中上交县财政设立专户代管；县财政部门按各乡镇参与人数配套补助金额，按月拨付到乡镇经办机构，按照《×县新型农村合作医疗章程》报销医药费用，保证专款专用，把好事办好。
合作医疗在我县已运行多年，具有很好的群众和经济基础。新型农村合作医疗制度是对以往制度的进一步完善。我们相信，只要全县广大农村群众转变消费观念，发扬互助共济精神，各部门齐心协力，新型农村合作医疗制度一定会在我县开花结果，为保障广大农民的身体健康、为全县提前实现小康社会目标做出积极贡献。
