我们的宾馆离茶山不远，所以我们步行去茶山采茶。我们到了山下，一人拿了一个大箩筐上山采茶去了。采茶的方法很简单，只需要找出茶树上比较嫩的叶子，把它们都摘下来就可以了。因为我想做更多的茶叶，所以我十分的努力。时间过得很快，转眼间就到中午了，我们必须要下山了，因为中午的太阳特别得好，我们想要好好地利用一下。
茶叶制作，只需要三步，第一步就是晒茶，需要先将茶叶放到一个容器里，然后再把茶叶放在里面。等茶叶晒好了，我们要做的第二步就是将不是特别好的茶叶拿出来，做成茶叶糕。终于到了第三步，就是炒茶啦！我们先将茶叶放入一个大黑锅中，然后拿出两个像刀一样的木制东西，用来炒茶叶。炒茶的速度得快一点，不然茶叶就毁了，炒茶的时候十分热，有时没炒几分钟就已经满头大汗，炒茶的时间整体不是很长，很快我就将湿湿的茶叶炒成了干***茶叶干，不一会儿好喝的茶叶就完成了。因为我们人比较多，所以每人只能分得一点点茶叶。虽然少，但是我也十分的开心，因为东西是我们做的。我之前说有些叶子是可以做茶叶糕的，所以我们最终也吃了点茶叶糕。
这就是我暑假里最有意思的一天了，虽然暑假很长，但是最有意思的只有这一天，因为我明白了：只有付出了自己的努力，收获时才会感觉有意义。

接着，我们又步行去海边，吹吹海风，可惬意了！ 第二天，我们启程去了胡里山炮台，观看各种大炮，一台台的大炮让我震惊不已，原来古代时的大炮是这副模样啊！参观完胡里山炮台后已是下午，然后妈妈直接带着我们去海边游泳，一阵阵的海浪波澜起伏，我们尽情水里嬉闹、捡贝壳，不知不觉就是傍晚了。我现在才知道，原来厦门有盖章本，在整个厦门都很流行，因为厦门比较小，所以，拿到本子，上面会写着哪家店可以敲章，一个个敲，回家时作为纪念，我们自然也敲得津津乐道。 最后我们又去了厦门最有名的鼓浪屿坐了快艇，横行在无边无际的大海上，内心兴奋不已。 厦门之旅结束了，我的思想却还停留在厦门，啊！厦门，一座美丽的海上花园！

早晨，我和妈妈爸爸在机场候机。因为今天我们要去厦门游玩，还要坐“轮渡”去鼓浪屿玩呢！
我们在飞机上享用了美味的早餐。吃完早餐后，大约过了一个小时，就到达了厦门。“耶！到厦门了！”我高兴地叫道。“乖女儿，咱们去鼓浪屿吧！坐船去哦。”妈妈高兴地对我说。“好！”我爽快地答应了。我们坐船到鼓浪屿后，首先找我们住的那间旅馆，叫“朵拉民宿”。“朵拉民宿”就在鼓浪屿的音乐厅对面，所以我们只要找到音乐厅就可以了。我们很快就找到了。
在“朵拉民宿”放下行李后，我们就逛街去了。我们首先看到的是一间四层的小店，叫做“19八3”。然后我们看到了各种各样的小店，卖的东西五花八门……妈妈还买了一个盖章本给我，在每个小店都能盖章留念呢！
第二天，我登上了鼓浪屿的最高处——日光岩。全岛的风光展现在我的眼帘。我们还见到了古避暑洞、一线天和各种奇形怪状的石头……在皓月园，我感受到了民族英雄郑成功的正气凛然；在菽庄花园，我欣赏了不同时代的钢琴，陶醉于优美的琴声中……
第三天，我们还去了南普陀寺、厦门大学和胡里山炮台呢！
第四天上午，我们怀着依依不舍的心情坐上了飞机，踏上了回程的路。
