在上形势与政策课的时候，老师给我们放了一电影——《美丽心灵》。那是第一次看，并没有思考这电影为什么叫《美丽心灵》；也没有仔细思考电影中的人物如何。只觉得其中的主人公是一个对学术的态度近似疯狂，但不善于与人交往的人，仅此而已。我第一次看这部片子纯粹也是娱乐性质的。
回到家后，自己一个人静静地，又看了一遍。而后发现，这次再看却有不一样的收获，不一样的感受。我从这部片子中，得到了一定的启发，它激励着我去思考自己的人生，自己的目标；思考自己应该成为一个怎样的人，要怎样成为自己心目中的自己。
电影的主人公纳什在学术上的近似疯狂真的让我佩服。电影一开始，并没有说纳什患有精神分裂症。那时我看到他在窗户上写的一条条我看都看不明的算数式子，连鸽子的活动的路径他都想研究出点什么来，我心中真的生出由衷的敬佩。自然界的一切事物，在我们看起来理所当然的事物，科学家们都想研究出点什么来，或许这就是严谨的科学精神，也正是很多人都缺少的精神。但这种精神，却正是我们现在学习可贵而必需的。扪心自问，我自己却是缺少这一精神。从小学到高中，或许多是活在升学的压力下而学习的.，并不是为了获取知识而学习，而是为了获取高分而学习。其实现在回过头来看，真的觉得自己从小学到高中获取的东西真的少得可怜，除了课本还是课本。上到大学来回顾这些东西，发现自己的知识面真的是窄之又窄。我们是为了更好地生活而去获取知识，而不是为了其他。要想更好的活在这世上，就要拥有格物致知的精神，去考察我们的世界，我们的社会，我们的生活。如果认识到这一点然后再去学习，我相信，我们会学得更好。
等电影说到纳什原来是个精神分裂病患者时，我顿时惊讶了。一个病患者竟然都能在博弈论和微分几何学领域做出如此大的贡献，真的不是我们所能想象的。在他背后支持他的，除了他的妻子，还有他自己顽强不屈的性格以及对科学的热爱。在病魔面前，有多少人会觉得自己无能为力，又有多少人甚至放弃自己的生命。而谦卑的纳什处在病魔的重压之下，仍然被那令人兴奋的数学理论所驱使着，他决心寻找自己的恢复常态的方法。绝对是通过意志的力量，他才一如既往地继续进行着他的工作，并于1994年获得了诺贝尔奖，与此同时，他在博弈论方面颇具前瞻性的工作成为20世纪最具影响力的理论。纳什顽强的意志以及他对科学的热爱，正是他感动我们的魅力所在，正是他美好心灵的体现。其实，无论是在学术还是在生活上，我们都应该像纳什一样拥有永不放弃的顽强精神，拥有一颗美好纯洁的心灵。即使不能再学术科研方面做出什么成绩，不能对我们的社会有大的贡献，但至少我们凭借这股顽强的劲而认真努力地为自己的人生奋斗过，至此，我们无悔，我们这一辈子没有白活。另外，纳什的经历也告诉我们要做一个有目标的人，拥有了目标，我们的奋斗才有意义。
另一个感动我的是纳什实事求是的性格。当被告知获诺贝尔经济学奖并询问他的病况的时候，纳什并没有为了上台领奖而隐瞒自己的病情，他实事求是的说出自己的实况，得到了大家的尊重。这一点也是我们值得学习的。凡是不要逞强，恰如其分地评价自己，也是我从纳什身上学到的。
而在人际交往方面，我觉得纳什是一个不善于交际的人。有时候，他过于直接的表达方式会招来别人的不理解与不满。这也告诫我们，在与别人交往过程中，有时候，有些事情不是你怎么想就可以怎么说，在不违背自己原则下，有些事情是可以委婉的表达出来的，有些事情，不要以为自己能够接受别人就一定能接受。有时候，要站在别人的角度去考虑问题。其实，在大学这个小社会里，我也在努力地学习与人交往，我是一个内向，不善言辞的人，我希望自己在大学里面交际能力能够得到改善，我愿意为之付出努力。
生活中处处充满感动，关键是我们是否拥有一双发现美的眼睛。一部电影，亦能让我们思考很多、学会很多。愿世上每一个人都拥有一颗美丽的心灵，去找寻自己生命的轨迹，并为之奋斗！
