为了让他们以后都能成为有知识、有文化的人，我采用各种方法来督促他们在学习上下功夫。具体办法包括充分利用班会、早上、中午到校等的“边沿”时间充分利用起来，对做的好的、有进步的学生进行表扬奖励，做的不好的学生放学后留下来继续做，督促学习不努力的同学。多走多看防止走神的，严肃批评不交作业，上课违反纪律的等。
