看完这部影片，除了女主人公的坚持和胆识令我佩服之外，我看到的还有美国的公益诉讼的法律制度。在电影中，女主角的老板刚开始并不一样意受理这个公益诉讼案件，原因是因为公益诉讼，异常是环境诉讼案需要消耗很多的人力物力，光是请穷。在加强监管监督的同时，是否也应当建立并完善相关的公益诉讼制度呢在我国的民事诉讼中经遵循不告不理并且仅是要求侵权者对被侵权者进行赔偿，而事实上，并非所有被侵权者都会主动维权，并且缺乏要求被告对被破坏了的环境进行赔偿，如此一来，就容易纵容那些破坏环境的企业。
此刻我国的公益律师正处于资金不足等困境中，而我国的公益诉讼制度并不完善，而在这种经济发展速度如此迅速的阶段，我们更应将目光关注到环境等问题上，国外的公益诉讼制度值得我国
