人的生命只有一次，既然只有“一次”，我们就应该充分利用起来，要更加爱惜自己的生命，学会自我保护是至关重要的。
那一次的亲身经历使我学会了自我保护：那天，爸爸妈妈接到了一个电话，便急匆匆地要出去了，在出去之前又千叮咛万嘱咐的好不容易，他们才把想说得都说完了才肯出门，我也终于松了口气。开始弹琴，弹着弹着，在琴声中出来断断续续的“咚咚”声，我立马收回琴键上的手指，轻轻地把头往门的方向探，生怕听错，“咚咚”又是清脆的响声，想爸爸妈妈不会这么快就回来了吧，我大气不敢出，愣了半天，才蹑手蹑脚地来到门边，往“猫眼”里一瞧，看见一个陌生男子，马上警觉起来，说：“你有什么事么?”“哦，我是修煤气的。”修煤气?我有些诧异，从来没听说过我满家煤气坏了呀，哼，看来这个人有猫腻。“你赶快开门让我进去吧，我来看看你们家的煤气!”我正想着，那人又发话了。“哦?是吗?我怎么不知道呢?”我试探着问他。“你当然不知道了，是你爸爸上午打电话给我们公司，派我来检查你们的煤气的。”看来那个人还是不肯罢休呢，于是，我便说，“那我可不敢随便让人进来，我给爸爸打个电话，如果真的修煤气，他会赶到家来，让你进门的!”“你也真是的，干嘛非得麻烦你爸爸!”“我可打了啊!”我见他咬着不放，便装模作样打起电话来了，果然，那男子无可奈何的走了。
人的一生会遇到许许多多的灾害，也有一些事人为所致，到底能不能逃脱，就要看自己的自我保护意识了，要懂得分辨是非，分清人物的身份，在关键时刻要理清思路，仔细分析，当然保持从容镇定是最关键的，这次的亲身经历，也使我懂得了很多，理解更深了。

Tiger is one of the most valueable animals to human beings today. It is somehow like a cat, but much bigger than it. It lives in the forest, and feeds on small animals.
Nowadays, the number of the wild tiger is becoming small and small. Maybe there will be no tiger any more if people continue cutting the trees, destorying the living environment or hunt the tiger just for the skin. We must stop all these mistakes. We should protect them, because the world without tiger is not a completed one.
