网络丰富了我们的世界，它让我们的生活更加方便，但是它也也有不利的一面。我曾在网络上看到了这样的一则新闻：一个男生在网吧打游戏，不吃不喝也不休息，到了第三天早上，因长时间熬夜、姿势不变引发心脏病猝死。我看到这个消息时觉得很不可思议，一个好好的人，却因为虚幻的游戏世界丢掉了性命。还有很多的人利用网络进行诈骗、，传播虚假消息借以赚钱，到最后都是不仅害人而且害已。这种例子很多，不胜枚举。

看到这时，很多人自然觉得网络真是坏啊！但在我看来，网络是不分好坏的，网络正在改变我们的世界。重要的是你如何看待和利用网络。如果没有正确的看待网络，那便会像上述的少年一样沉迷于网络而无法自拔；如果你能正确的利用网络，那么它就是一位好的助手。

我们应该合理使用网络，要最大限度的使用网络有益的一面。如果那样做，我们上网才是有意义的。
