最后，作为职场前辈，给你提几点建议仅供参考：
1、职场不相信眼泪。有委屈，只有自己面对。哭哭啼啼是解决不了问题的，反而暴露了你的脆弱和懦弱。
2、打磨自己的性格。你刚刚进入社会，不是这个社会顺应你，而是你要适应这个社会。喜欢的事大家都愿意去做，把不喜欢的做好才叫本事。
3、学会察言观色。有些时候该做什么，不该做什么，该说什么，不该说什么，自己要去慢慢学习，这一点对你的成长十分重要。能力差距不明显的情况下，能比拼的就是情商了。
4、提高自己的综合能力。综合能力包含的东西比较多，最关键的几点是对于产品的理解，项目的管控，专业知识储备，沟通协调能力，处理问题的方法等等，这些都不是一蹴而就的，都需要长期的积累。
5、调整好自己的心态。从小事做起，从点滴做起，从基层做起，这些比较符合以个人成长和个人的轨迹，过度对你拔苗助长式的培养不见得是件好事，反而会把你自己的短板过早暴露。心智，能决定一个人能成长的宽度；心态，能决定一个人能够跨越的高度。

电影美的呈现是颇令人惊诧的，《美女与野兽》作为一部享誉世界的经典童话，时隔近七十年的返璞归真，再次被法兰西这个曾创作它的国度搬上银幕，法式电影的浪漫格调与宛若油画般的镜头质感，营造了这奇幻曼妙的光影之梦，这是一场献予大人的法式童话。
谈起《美女与野兽》最为人家喻户晓的当是迪士尼于1991年制作的动画电影，但这并不是这个童话故事第一次被搬上银幕，早在1946年法国便早已然拍摄了同名真人电影，而这次的在度翻拍，技术层面上已然不可同日而语，追求电影镜头的精致，使这个法国著作能完美无瑕的得以还原于银幕，俨然成为了其首要因素，这也是选用曾在《寂静岭》《狼族盟约》中担任导演，见长于场景画面渲染法国导演克里斯多夫·甘斯的原因，就电影成片来看，画面的美感确实达到了令许多好莱坞大片都望其项背的高度，这种独具匠心美的呈现不仅是源于特效的营造，电影中华丽的礼服、夺目的背景、还是那深谙欧式风情精雕细琢的古堡城镇，这独到的美感更在于那法国文化呼之欲出深厚的人文底蕴。
画面的致美却未能在剧情上得见经典是新版的《美女与野兽》颇为人遗憾之处，作为一部翻拍著名童话的电影，剧情创新或能让观众眼前一亮，但因有其度的把控，顾此失彼以削弱电影人物情感主线为代价，来打造一支新的前世今生的故事辅线，使得电影“美女与野兽”这个核心命题却在新版中显得异常薄弱，爱与被爱的情感渲染因前篇缺乏积淀，本因是最为真挚感人的这人兽情缘在最后的结合却给人以莫名的牵强突兀，谱写了新的故事，却未能抓住原著经典真正的精髓，这不仅是《美女与野兽》，亦是许多翻拍经名著却未能获得称赞的症结。
对新版《美女与野兽》法式童话的评价并非单纯的褒义，电影虽有其独到的`法式浪漫，但剧情的欠缺使这部电影终只是部中肯的童话，却未能成为一部胜于蓝的佳作。
