今天晚上，我看了一部《新闻大求真》，感受很深。
节目一开始，讲述了一些新闻事件，即以前发生过的许多踩踏的事件。之后让一个学校的同学们做了两个小测试，让我们知道了在突发事件状态况下的应急处理方法。接着，节目组又例举了一个小学生的例子，列举了包括日常生活中，对于我们中小学生突发的情况处理，并让专家对解救方法做了介绍。
看了这个节目，我也感触很深。是啊!在生活中，我们每一个人都会或多或少的遇到一些偶然的突发的安全事故，如溺水、触电、交通事故……随着年龄长大，接触的东西会越来越多，我们也正需要这些知识，学习一些急救方法，来维护我们的“安全之花”。
此外，在一些公共场合中发生的踩踏的事件，也要尽量避免。像“12.31”上海新年踩踏的事件，如果发生这样的事情，不幸摔倒，我们不要慌乱，应当侧卧着，倦着身子，使胸膛不受到挤压，这就是生存的技巧。
安全演习也是十分重要的演练。我们学校就曾经做过类似的演习，我的印象也很深。一个下午，学校周围忽然响起了警鸣声，同学们马上按照老师的要求低下身子，用毛巾捂住自己的口鼻，匍匐着依次下楼，并到操场集合。这次演练全体同学共用了五分钟就达到预期的要求，是十分不错的一个成绩了。
我们应该在今后的日子里重视“安全”一词，让安全之花永驻人间!

在使用家用电器的时候不能用湿手去插拔插头，不能用手去触摸裸露在外的铜丝，以免触电。在家用电器不用的时候一定要把电源插头拔掉。
在上下学过马路的时候要走人行道(注意红绿灯，不可跟随在载货的大货车旁边，以免被掉落的货物砸伤。还有不能在小型汽车的周围及车底玩耍。

今天，我看了《新闻大求真》这档节目，令我大吃一惊!
在看的过程中，我了解到溺水，交通事故和建筑物倒塌是造成学生死亡的主要原因。据统计，每天全国都有大约两个学校的学生死亡，大约是2055个学生。但据专家统计，百分之八十的死亡都可以预防的`。如误吞硬币，烫伤，跳楼等。只要我们平时不做一些危险的动作，那么也不会出现死亡。
看完《新闻大求真》这档节目，使我感触十分深，也让我学会了很多知识。如遇到踩踏事件时，要双手相互交叉，用手肘的力量，去保护自己的肺部，是自己能够不窒息而死。如果你摔跤了，双手抱头，双脚蜷缩，用这样来保护自己。可现在还是有很多的学生死亡，这令我们十分心痛。不过如今我们应该传播安全知识，是更少的学生死亡。
在我们的生活中，我们常会坐这些不禁易的小动作。我们班的有些男同学喜欢咬一咬笔头，这很容易将笔盖给吞进去，导致呼吸困难，有可能会有生命危险。还有的同学喜欢在走廊上，将头给探出去，这有可能会让你一不小心掉下去，如果楼层高就么有生还的可能了，有些学生在坐车的时候，会将头伸到窗户外面，如果后面有车快速的撞到了头，那么就会有性命之忧。还有的学生在坐车的时候，不系安全带，那么万一一个急刹车，就会有生命危险…

今天晚上6点，湖南卫视新闻大求真节目播出中小学生安全教育类节目，观看后使我深有感触。
这个节目主要讲述了许多安全有用的知识，如:试验了频率快的推力比率慢的要大很多，节目中测试了小朋友的推力，五个小朋友一个一个上去推，推力也只有127公斤，而如果一起上去推，推力则有627公斤，这个数字试多么惊人啊!所以平时上下楼梯千万不能你推我挤。看了节目我还知道了，如果遇到了踩踏的事故，就应该双手抱臂，护住自己的胸部或头部，因为这两个部位是最容易受伤和致命的。整个节目用一个生动的故事让我牢牢地记住了许多知识。
看完这个节目，我知道了如果发生地震了，我们应该不要惊慌，要有序的下楼，下楼时不要系鞋带、低头或是掉头，因为很容易产生踩踏的事故。节目告诉我全国一天有多少人死在踩踏的事故里，例如最近上海那件踩踏的事故，不知有多少人失去了他那年轻的生命，多少美好的家庭被踩得支离破碎，对于小朋友来说，危险处处存在，平时过马路也十分危险，我们应该仔细地看红绿灯，走斑马线，要看清来往车辆，不能在马路上嬉戏打闹，我国交通事故发生率也非常高。学龄前的孩子们更要十分注意，不要随意的乱吞异物，这导致死亡率很高，小孩乱吞异物的急症占全国每天急诊的六分之一。烫伤也是孩子们的“天敌”烫伤死亡率最大，治疗率最小，所以请大人们一定要盯紧自己的小孩，不要让他玩火。
生命只有一次，失去了就没有。
