升旗结束，我聆听了广州市第八传染病院著名的呼吸内科蔡卫平医生的'国旗下讲话。蔡医生介绍了疫情的发展情况，他满怀激情地告诉我们病毒可以打败我们一些人，但不能击垮我们一代人。知识和勇气是赢得与病魔抗战胜利的最大法宝，这两句话给我极大信心。
接着是小学、初中、高三共三位学生代表的演讲，他们的声音铿锵有力，表达了越秀区青少年的心声，也迸发出中国少年的坚定决心和远大志向。我感到自己热血沸腾。紧接着，是越秀区少先队师生代表向我们献上了新年祝福，我的心暖洋洋的。
小云雀合唱团带领我们一起唱响《我的祖国》，优美动听的歌声通过互联网传遍了神州大地。
这次特别的云升旗仪式使我们对打赢这场没有硝烟的战“疫”充满信心。

就比如说去年，报道中有一名叫舒凡的女子，从事校对工作，平时工作需要用眼的时间就比较长，但是下班回家之后还爱用ipad看电视剧，经常熬夜到凌晨两三点，常时间的用眼，导致眼镜里长结石。成人的自控能力都无法抵御网络的诱惑，更何况小朋友呢。每当家长忙完一天的工作回到家，小朋友就会过来拉着父母陪着一起玩，有的父母不耐烦就直接扔个手机过来，久而久之，小朋友也玩上了瘾，所以，现在小孩的手机瘾，绝大部分的原因还是来自于家庭的原因。
网络给人们带来便利的同时，也给犯罪分子带了机会，年纪大的老年人被骗的案列比比皆是，所以对网络安全的监控，也是现在急需要解决的问题。时代的发展离不开网络，学习交流离不开网络，生活出行离不开网络，所以我们要合理规划和利用网络，不能成为网络新时代下的牺牲品。
