她一头卷发，浓黑的眉毛，高高的鼻梁，双眼皮，大眼睛。时常身穿一件棕色的上衣，一条牛仔裤，总是笑眯眯的，很慈祥。
儿时，我觉得她很美，总是温柔的伴着我们学习；儿时，我觉得她很神气，每一句话都能触动孩子们的心灵。现在，我才知道我们是教室中的鸽子，而她是我们的导师。引领着我们飞向湛蓝而深邃的天空。
记得有一次，班上有一位同学不写作业，她气极了，我想她一定要打人了，出乎意料她并没有像别的老师那样拿起棍子就揍，而是给那位同学讲了许多道理，告诉他一定要认真写作业，只有这样才会进步，老师相信他，他一定行！后来，在老师指导和鼓励下，那位同学终于把作业补完，脸上露出了成功的'喜悦，此时，老师恬静的脸上也露出了满意的微笑。
还有一次，那次的教训让我一瞬间长大了，使我终身难忘。那是一个星期一的早上，临交作业了，我突然想起有道题忘做了，于是我便匆匆补，那哪里是补？其实是抄。是我顺手抄别人的，心想反正老师也不会发现。
下午课间老师把我找来问：“糖甜不甜？”我还不知怎么回事，老师又问：“别人吃过的馍馍香不香？”“不香！”“不香！你还吃？”我正思考老师话的意思呢，老师又问“以后还抄不抄别人的作业了？”我才明白，原来老师已经知道我抄作业了，顿时我的脸火辣辣的烧起来，我羞愧而后悔。“不抄了！”我说的话连我自己都听不清。老师说：“好吧！回去吧！”我红着脸回了班。
是啊，怎能抄作业呢？抄作业就是吃别人的嚼过的食物。我很感激我的老师，不管怎样她没有让我在别人面前丢脸。同时我也很佩服老师，她又是那样的神机妙算，把我们每个学生的心理摸得清清楚楚。
老师就是这样一个人，对我们教育时，既不用棍棒，也不用训斥，而我们却都能欣然接受，是因为她总能以理服人。
长大后我也一定要做一个像老师一样的人，做一个以理服人的好老师。
