8月4日星期四，这天天气非常好，我和爸爸、妈妈去武汉的中山公园游玩。中山公园座落在武汉的解放大道上。一进公园就看见孙中山爷爷和宋庆龄奶奶的汉白玉雕像，在喷泉旁边高高地耸立着。
在公园里，我们看到了许多风景宜人的地方，有弯弯曲曲的小路、粗壮的大树、美丽的假山、清澈见底的湖水；也玩了许多东西，有划船、打水仗、喂鸽子、“激流勇进”……
我们首先来到了“激流勇进”这里，“激流勇进”就是漂流，有四人坐的，有六人坐的。我和妈妈坐在四人坐的船的前面，刚坐好就听到“嘀嘀”一声，船就启动了。我们正在上坡，可是太重了，前面的拉绳都快拉不动了，它就只好慢慢地向上拉。啊，我们终于上来了。突然“哗啦”一声，我们滑下来了，我的心怦怦直跳，担心从船里摔出来了；我的头低得很下，担心被水淋到了。过了一会儿，我们又开始上坡，又像滑滑梯一样滑下来。滑下来的时候，跟刚才可不一样，这回就像发咆哮的洪水一样，两次冒险闯了过去，经过“鳄鱼”的嘴巴，就到了终点。
我和爸爸还去喂了鸽子。鸽子的眼睛特别亮，只要有人拿着它吃的食物，它就会跟你走，真有意思！
我们今天玩得真高兴啊，可是我们还是恋恋不舍地离开了中山公园，真希望还能来游玩一下。
