选择坚持作文框架【一】
关联理论强大的解释力为翻译研究提供了一个理论框架。在此框架下，从认知角度对翻译过程进行描写，把翻译过程看作是原者—译者—读者之间的两个交际过程，在动态语境中找出各种信息之间的最佳关联，对真实交际意图做作出推理，从而能够全面、科学的阐释话语理解，达到翻译这一交际的目的。

“噢耶，我终于进田径队喽。”自从我“退役”以后，再也没有进田径队了，今年我一定要大干一场。
我每天坚持训练：压腿、高抬腿、立卧撑、跑步、跳远，跳高，接二连三的运动，让我疲惫不堪，大汗淋漓。
这几天老师给我进行400米模拟赛，一开始还好好的，可是两圈跑完后，感觉体力不支，呼吸急促，我就选择了慢跑，当老师喊我：“快跑，快跑，在比赛的时候，一点休息的时间都没有，加油！”于是我双手摆动，脚大步向前跑去，离终点只剩最后10多米了，我牢记老师说的话，咬着牙向前奔去，如同一只小猎豹，最后趴在跑道上，望着天空，气喘吁吁。
田径运动会上，两圈跑完后，我看见了篱笆边的`牵牛花，想到：每种花的开放，不都是需要顽强的毅力吗？牵牛花，在没有任何的帮助下，茁壮成长，需要的就是不断向上的坚持和勇气。我心里一震，明白了许多，我也应该像牵牛花那样，面对困难，面对障碍，坚持不懈有毅力，才能节节爬升。
在牵牛花的鼓舞下，我深受启发，努力奔跑，获得了女子组400米第三名。
世界上，坚持是必需的基本因素，要想成功，首先要有毅力，这是牵牛花告诉我的人生哲学。
