叶博士讲到家长是孩子的第一任老师,是最重要也是最永久的老师。所以榜样的力量是非常重要的,以身作则,言传身教是必须的。孩子更多的习惯更多的行为源于家长,特别是小学时期,那是孩子的复制阶段,家长的一言一行都严重影响着孩子,因此,作为家长的我们必须注意自己的言行举止,以引导孩子朝着正确的方向发展。

沟通是架起家庭和谐的桥梁。在众多的和睦家庭中,孩子往往是出色的,这样的家庭有很好的沟通氛围,人与人交往也是心平气和。如果在家庭中能够经常与孩子沟通,接触到孩子的内心深处,让孩子将父母视为值得信赖的朋友,孩子心里有积郁和困惑的时候就会向家人倾诉出来。家长通过各种方法把孩子从重重迷雾中引领出来,这样更有利于孩子的成长。是孩子,哪有不犯错的,在错误面前,脱离责骂训斥,用温柔的询问层层递进以代之,取得的效果更加明显。沟通,也是教育孩子的最好调剂。

叶博士利用现实中汶川地震中一位妈妈用自己的身体支撑了起三个月大孩子生命的故事以及“妈妈生产”的片段,让学生到父母和老师无私的爱;让孩子们闭上眼睛在他的讲述中重温自己成长的过程,以此来感知爸爸妈妈真的为自己付出了很多很多,父母对孩子的爱是无尽的,可这些大多被孩子忽视了,理所当然地接受着……

精彩的.演讲让学生和家长们深受感动。现场,在叶博士的引导下,孩子们一起向身边的家长深深地鞠躬,并与父母紧紧地拥抱在一起。同学们含着激动的泪水,用最简朴的语言,用最真诚的感情,最简单的动作,最激昂的呐喊表达对父母和老师的爱:“爸爸妈妈我爱你们!老师你们辛苦了!”父母、老师们也被学生的真诚深深地打动,全场涌动着一股股爱的暖流。
